Its never fun to have a check engine light come on and need service, but Schepel made the best experience as possible. They were able to provide me with a loaner SUV over the weekend. They had my 2016 Acadia Denali repaired very quickly. They also, were kind enough to come to my house to drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner. I am very impressed with their level of service and their commitment to the customer.

I was looking for my next AT4 and could not find many in the Costal Dune color and I found the one I wanted at Woody Buick GMC. I worked with Vanessa and Jonathan and they were great to work with. I worked in the car business for 12 years and I don’t live buying cars but my experience here has been wonderful, communication has been great. I drove 4.5 hours to pickup my new truck and was on a time frame to get back home and they were on top of things to get me back on the road and headed home. If you are shopping from out of town I would recommend you reach out to them.
