Test drive before you buy.....so far it's good but it's expensive for gas to fill up was $70. And city plates is $301 and also the car is heavier than the ford explorer that's why everything is so expensive

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

Sean was very helpful. I contacted them about a car before I went there. Sean test drove the car and shot a personal video for me to see the car. He was friendly in person and helped with the test drive. I ended up not buying the car, but Sean was still friendly as we parted. Good selection of quality cars. Will consider them for future car purchases.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I had Great Experience at Jake Sweeney Buick. I called and spoke to George Dirling to see if the vehicle I was looking at online was available. It was and I headed down from Columbus to the their dealership and was welcomed at the door by George who had the 2021 Buick Enclave Avenir washed and up front at the dealership. We took a test drive and came back and I decided it was the vehicle for me to replace my 2008 Buick that was totaled in a recent accident.. George gathered all the info to get the deal taken care of and Steve in finance went thru the payment info for the financing and service contract... They also assisted me to take the rental I was in down the street to the Enterprise Rental and I was able to turn it in there and save a trip back to the dealership. Later in the afternoon I was heading back to Columbus in my 2021 Buick. Still getting acclimated to all the options, and love the Adaptive Cruise driving back home.. I found this dealership when shopping for a car to replace mine that had been declared a total loss by my insurer. I noted the extreme high value of the advertised price and figured I would get the usual song-and-dance routine with all the packs, fees, special charges and add-ons So I asked Brad, my sale contact, his best out-the-door price. He took a few seconds and calculated all of that. The final out-the-door number was only $10 MORE than the advertised price. NO gimmics, NO song-and-dance and NO being jerked around. Just a straight-forward "This is the number. Will this work for you?" Obviously, it did and I am now the very proud owner of absolutely the nicest car I've ever owned which I acquired at an unbelievable price from a dealer that treated me as I expected to be treated. If you are in the market for a vehicle you should seriously consider this dealer. If they don't have the car you're looking for I'd be willing to bet they can locate it and get it for you.

I've had mine for 4 years 2016 SLT ,traded my wife's Hyundai Santa Fe for a caddy srx which I drive as well as a 2018 GMC 1500. The Acadia has been super reliable .knock on wood.. just basic maintenance

First time we’ve ordered a vehicle sight unseen (except for photos) from out of state. Everyone at Midtown Auto were excellent to deal with and made the process extremely Easy. We we first impressed by their ability to find low mileage vehicles and then sell at such a reasonable price. When we received the car, we were impressed that it looked better than the photos and was in pristine condition. It was also full of gas and recently serviced….nice touch. Shipping was easy and FAST. We are delighted with our purchase and would look to them again in the future.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Up front pricing. No hidden fees. David and his dad encouraged pre purchased inspection. Easy to work with. Love our new Tundra.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Overall it was a very good experience. Ty, the agent was very helpful getting me into good deal on a car. Only down side, he was handling way more with me and other customers as he seemingly was always short on help. Would buy my next car there

Bought a sedan for the daughter on a cash deal so never dealt with any financing. I knew going in that the car had a salvage title but it was newer and less miles on the odometer than average. The one guy seemed surprised yet confused when I brought it up but he confirmed it later. I knew this by googling the VIN number and discovering it was bought at auction in Columbus and actually seeing the "before" pictures from there. You folks should try that when buying. It was priced accordingly and the mechanic/body guy did a good enough job replacing panels and windshield. Drives and brakes straight, no shimmies and it'll work. Just skipped a few minor things though that are no big deal. Got title mailed in 2 weeks or so and paying cash makes it so easy. I had to replace brakes and one rotor but figured it was cheaper for parts and I do it myself than deal with his 50% co-pay warranty. My big tips are doing research on the VIN history and being heavily mechanically inclined or bring someone who is to "grade" the workmanship. Use the bathroom and take a quick peek into the shop, looked pretty straight up to me. Watch those mileages too and know what things are going to need serviced soon (e.g. timing belt, transmission, tune up, etc). Watch for "stale" cars that been there that seems forever too. I'd buy again if the deal is right. I'm actually writing this as I'm checking his lot online. Originally found him from Car gurus on that Great or Good deal Nissan once I looked past that rebuilt title. I'm usually the last owner of cars and drive them until they totally die so title status means nothing to me anyways. You'll need a bit of time if you try to finance or there are 2-3 customers in front of you. Same car, same mileage but clean title was $3,000 more at a regular branded dealer so my time and understanding that it was wrecked was worth it. Overall, it's OK but keep these points in mind.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

The service and everything i encountered was nothing less than outstanding. From the service writer the final checkout as always no complaints. And as always i know when i have to have my vehicle serviced i know it will and always be in good hands.

I only have 700 miles on it so far but it’s been fantastic. I had a 2020 before this one and was fantastic also. GM is the way to go.
