They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! Brain informed me the labor in removing the upper manifold was expensive in order to access the spark plug on the driver side. He recommended to have the other five coils and spark plugs to be done at the same time, because this would be a tremendous savings in labor if it was done now. A genuine concern was shown for saving me money in the long run. I can truly recommend Brian and the Ford Service department for servicing other car makes. I only trust Ford Babbitt for my daughter’s car.
2018 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.
