Dennis Silowka is a great sales consultant as he worked hard to ensure I knew about all the features of my new 2024 Nissan Altima VC-Turbo 2.0SR. He provided me on-demand access to very important features using the showroom tablet and answered all questions I asked. I completely my paperwork with David Mazurek who is awesome! He ensured I was comfortable with my new payment and thoroughly explained all elements of the contract I had signed. He is very knowledgeable and gave extra effort and ensured I received answers to my questions. It was a great experience where I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way! Acme Nissan makes you feel like family. I even received 3 years of basic maintenance for free! We got stuck in traffic and arrived later at the dealership than what we wanted, and our sales consultant Joanna stayed late to help us and answer all our questions. Then when we came back to pick up our vehicle the process was very smooth and quick, and we were on our way home in no time! Joanna really answered all our questions and didn?t bombard us with all the unnecessary info we didn?t need at that time. If/when we purchase another GMC vehicle, I wouldn?t hesitate coming back.
