Salesman was great, during the buying process. Helped me to lock in a lower intrust rate and explained things very well. However, after the buying process was over he became incredibly pushy, he was aware that I had an appointment to get too but he refused to get out of my new vehicle until I called and set up onstar. He explained to me that I had to set up onstar within 2 days of having the vehicle or else it would shut down, I explained to him I would get it set up AFTER my appt; but needed to get going. He ended up hitting the on call button in the vehicle and wouldn’t get out until it was done. Onstar ended up not answering so I was able to eventually leave the lot. Overall it was a great experience, but I just felt like towards the end he was pushy and not willing to listen. I had to go back to the dealership a few days later to obtain a 60 day tag as my current tag was set to expire & I still did/do not have title paperwork to tag the new vehicle. At first he was not going to give me one and stated “I’ll tell you what you have to do young lady.” Thankfully I had another individual there who was able to talk the salesman/department into giving a 60 day tag since my tag was going to expire. Overall good experience, but just wish salesman would listen to their customers instead of writing them off.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Recently purchased a 2024 CPO Sierra Denali with the 3.0 Duramax. Fuel mileage on the highway nears 30 mpg. Super smooth ride with a super entertainment system. Best vehicle I have owned.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.
