Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I'm your typical person who equates dealing with car dealers as favorably as being beaten with a sledgehammer. It's been torture for consumers for many years. Luckily for people like me the internet has streamlined the process (if you prefer it that way) to where you can handle the bulk of the transaction before having to go to the dealer to kick the tires. I basically want the finances done before I ever leave the house. Then if I go and like the car I can almost just sign and get out of Dodge(or Buick in this case) and leave behind all the staring salesman that look at you like chum as soon as you walk through the door. So bottom line we started the transaction through email and indicated that we wanted to have the financing approved and set before we came for the test drive. They had no problem with that. The manager called after we did the online application and gave us our options. We then set up the visit. Everyone was pleasant, even the guy at the greeting desk. We did the test drive, dealt with the dreaded finance guy, who was also pleasant, added a warranty which was presented very easily and cleanly, signed the deal and got out without any hassle or pressure. Maybe some people prefer the old school way of visiting the dealer and test driving first, then sitting with all the relevant actors, but again I want to be there as little as possible. Basically sign and drive. That's what we asked for and they delivered with smiles all around. I would recommend to a friend.

I have been searching for my next 911 for months, though I am conflicted. Mine is a 1999 911 that I've had for 26 years. It still runs very well. The clock shows 101K. The new engine has about 4K on it, e.g., everything works. But. It is 'time,' I think. The dealership, J & S, has had a number of cars in your system. The 2023 under consideration was more a mistake on my part than an intended event. Still, the dealer's initial representative was focused and enthusiastic. It was followed by contact from a second rep. I asked for the VIN. It was given. As time passed I continued looking at other cars from other dealers. Not wanting to leave false hope, I said so. They stopped. They did not pressure me. Their people acted professionally and competently at all times. I continue to look for my car's replacement.
