I called them first before I go there, they said they still had the car, but when I arrived, they told me the car was sold already like 5 hours ago. They didn't even check the storage when answering your phone call.
Honest, Friendly, and Helpful. From the moment you talk to someone on the phone to ask about an vehicle to the moment you're on the lot you're greeted and treated with so much respect. Very accommodating and warm people!
I found a vehicle that I was interested in. They responded to my inquiries right away and were very easy to work with. They were very flexible and were willing to work with me however and whenever. Overall great experience and very friendly staff.
I had seen a car advertised on cars.com from Danville Automall. The pictures and the price got me interested in looking more at this car. I live 250 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in trading a car in for the one they had listed but had to drive 8 hours round trip to look at the car. I asked if we could negotiate over the phone to see if we could be close on an agreement understanding it would depend on what both vehicles looked like. The dealership and I reached a tentative agreement that would be based on them looking at my trade in and me looking over the vehicle for sale. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was as described and the pictures were exactly as the car looked in person. The dealership and I discussed the vehicle and the trade, they reminded me that there is still good honest people in this world. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this dealership. They were also able to get my financing where it will pay off earlier than planned when I went and save me 2400 dollars in finance charges over the life of the loan. I plan to keep this dealership on the top of my list for the next time I need another car. Wonderful team!!
Everything was the BEST i would score them a 10! Trampas was so nice and he got us what i beleive was a great deal, could not have asked for a better saleman than him. the finance guy sorry i can't remember his name but he worked real hard for us and got me a 5.5 percent interest. Impatiently waiting for the Cadillac XT4 to become available, I was still reluctant to give up my 2011 SRX. One drive in the XT4 Sport at Charles Boyd Cadillac/GMC and I knew I had found my new car!! John Cash went to great lengths to locate the color, interior and packages I wanted and had that car on the lot next day! He was so very helpful and kind, teaching me about the car, synching my phone. This dealership is so friendly and accommodating. They really went out of their way for me and I am extremely appreciative of all their efforts.

I am giving Thomas Mosely a 5-star rating because he was not a pushy salesman. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. I walked into the dealership about 4:30 pm. and was driving out with my new car by 06:30 pm . I was met at the door by Bobby Orr upon my arrival. Thanks to the Internet Team for informing the sales team I was on my way to the dealership.
Needing to buy a van while a hurricane is heading our way, definitely had me starting out in the negative. I spoke with multiple dealerships & physically went to six others. The service Jayson provided was completely opposite of what we experienced with all of the others. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and wasn't pushy or in my face. And anyone looking to buy a car/van knows how rare it is to not have a fast talking, in your face salesperson. I knew what I needed when I went in & he respected that & didn't try to put me in something else. The young lady that processed the paperwork for me was also very pleasant to work with. We WILL be heading back next summer to buy my teenage daughter her first car & she's already made it clear that she wants Jayson to be who she works with!
The service for the LOF and rotate tires went well and in an appropriate amount of time. When I went to the cashier to pay with my credit card and pick up my vehicle I was told that the storm the night before had knocked out the credit/debit card processing (C/DC) and that I had to either pay the $47.62 with cash or they would hold my vehicle until I came up with the payment. They said that they were telling each customer the same thing. I had the courtesy van take me to my local bank and retrieved cash and paid the bill. I really had to use my vehicle that day. What would have happened if I, or any other customer, had a service/repair bill in many hundreds of dollars and did not have the cash in the bank to pay for the service and only had a credit card to use for payment and I would have to have my vehicle for the day. I understand why the cashier required the payment for the service. If any one got away without paying it would may be very hard for the dealer to recover the amount of the service/repair bill. This may be a rare occurrence about the (C/DC) malfunction but I really believe some other emergency solution should be instituted in these situations.
I found the salesman Simon and the sales manager Bailey to both be outstanding in their service as was Bruce the person who did all the paperwork and sold me my warranty. I could not be happier with the sales process. Van Ness Chevrolet are fantastic!
