We have worked with Jay Kraus in the past. Jay is professional, smart, can answer any question, patient, works within any budget. He will breakdown all the confusing stuff and explain it like a really good teacher would. Jay just knows the ins and outs of every vehicle and the whole process and is looking to put together a win win for his customers. Just don't try and return the test drive to Mercedes. It's easier to do than you think.

Guy was honest. He told me what he knew about the vehicle. That’s about it.
2011 GMC Sierra 2500 review
This Truck has been the most Reliable and comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. My wife and I use it like it's the family car, if we go any where she says let's take the truck. Pulling has been spot on we have a 32' bumper pull Camper and this truck handles it with no probkem. I purchased it with 6000 miles on it in 2011 and now has 10700 !!

The whole Crew here was pleasant to work with. Definitely loved the cool environment and was referred by someone local (Trenton T.) and I’m glad I took his advice. Andy was my salesman and he made the buying experience wonderful. And the rest of the interactions I had were awesome!

Drives very good with a very comfortable quiet ride for a heavy duty pickup. More than enough towing capacity for a 10 thousand pound boat & trailer

Auto Town USAReviews
Auto Town USA review
I would give Jake and his team the highest marks possible for a used vehicle purchase from a dealership. I found a vehicle that met my needs that was in great condition at a fair price. I flew to Idaho from the mid-west US and drove it back 2000 miles without issue. They were very responsive to all my questions in the process of investigating the vehicle and they were very upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I looked at several other trucks on their lot while I was there and it appeared all of them were low mileage, rust free trucks in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again and in fact I plan to do so in the next year or so.

CarTag USA review
I was purchasing a vehicle with my son, who had a part-time job and was earning about $2,000 a month at the time. When we walked in, we were greeted by a salesman named Alex. He worked with my son’s down payment and helped us find a reliable car that fit his situation. The process overall was smooth, although it did take a bit longer than expected with the paperwork. Alex took the time to explain each step of buying a vehicle to my son, which we really appreciated, and he made sure my son understood what he was signing. We ended up driving off with a reliable car, and my son was very satisfied with his purchase. Despite the wait, the experience was positive, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car.

I bought mine in 2017, 2nd owner. It had 36,000 miles on it when I bought it, getting ready to turn a 100,000 miles, and the only thing I've had to do to it, is replace the Def heater, other than that, it's been a great truck. 👍
