My experience with Stamas has been more than just a good one, this dealership and the Family that works to keep it moving forward have treated me more the fair.. No bull$***.. The entire finance process did take some time and more importantly they beat the finance offers of two other lenders, I was told they would and they did.. There was an issue with the radiator and line that I was concerned about , I was instructed to bring in and they would diagnose it for me.. To make a long story short everything was taken care of in a timely way and my 2009 silverado 1500 is running well.. Thanks to the entire STAMAS team .... DP
I am a super busy person. I called to schedule an oil change and they met every need that I had. Including letting me go before they open to have my oil changed. In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one. Because they have built such a great rapport over the years, they know me and what I want. A few questions, a quick test drive, some paperwork, a handshake, and off I went in my new 2017 Lacrosse.
I trust this dealership. It continues to be a family run business, which is hard to come by these days. The Vendetti's know their vehicles, but more importantly, they know their customer.
My Husband and I had stopped by Cargill Chevy late Saturday evening during Memorial Day weekend to check out an suv we were very interested in. We didn’t really expect to make a purchase right away but as soon as we saw the Audi SQ5 in person - for a great price, we just had to have it. Our sales guy, Jason H. was very patient and helpful. He had made the process very “pain free” and there was no pressure at all towards purchasing the vehicle, and also we love how everyone was very laid back there. I was hesitant in purchasing a new car, worried I would not receive any value for a trade in on my current car (rejected inspection and quite frankly a mess) which i still owed $$ on. My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

I bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota from Jacob's Auto Sales. Process was easy going and the owner Jacob was very friendly and helpful. The truck needed some work and Jacob not only took it back to fix the problem, but did not return it until ALL the issues was fixed (up from a minor door lock issue to emissions issue). He kept me in the loop and made sure it was finished by the end of the week. Very satisfied with this dealer and would recommend anyone looking a vehicle to this dealer...as Jacob will not screw you over with the price, and make sure the vehicle (truck and/or car) is mechanically safe to operate. VERY satisfied.
