Sometime you actually find the best place to do business that's what happen during my visit to Spring Automotive Grp. I was greeted by a sales person named Adam. I ask Adam if Eve was having a good day? He chuckle! Then he start to show and tell me about many really good car I was seeing in the lot. I could tell Adam knew his way around cars and the Spring's Grp. He explained the purchase process, financing and services offer to buyer. I was impressed- I felt good about the Car and I felt good moving forward with my purchase. Go visit Adam Shotwell and tell him - G - sent me.

2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills review
I ordered my F150 Lightning Lariat awhile back. Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills made the process seamless. The GM Chris Detone was involved throughout the process to make sure of it. Best of all, with the prices of the new F150 Lightnings going through the roof. Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills kept me at MSRP as promised! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!
2024 GMC Sierra 3500 review
This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

I enjoyed working with them in purchasing my vehicle the only things the salesman did not say was that the vehicle was in a accident and the multifunction switch was broken and when I brought it up to them they said to take it to Jeep across from then then I did they said at jeep they would have to send my vehicle out and it would cost them $310 so I bought the multi function switch and paid $60.00 for it then took it back to jeep and they installed it for me and paid labor fee of $273 and then come to find out that the bumper, grille and headlight lamp needs to be replaced which was not brought to my attention but I do love the vehicle so now I will have to pay another $2000 this was after the fact

2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
The Texas Edition combined with the X31 package and premium SLT makes a very nice combination. The Sierra 3500HD gives you a luxury interior and ride with all the capabilities of a great pulling truck. The Duramax is quiet yet powerful. It is no doubt the best of trucks for 2020.

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMCReviews
Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
This review is for the service department- especially Noah Hernandez (but also for Michael). We recently brought our 2018 GMC Acadia down for oil charge and asked them to look at the AC system as it had been struggling in the recent heat wave.A few other items were discovered during the process that would’ve added up to around $6000 out of pocket if we hadn’t had a warranty in place.Originally Michael was helping us but handed us off to Noah as he had a family emergency pop up. Noah was outstanding in handling our service and especially in dealing with our newly acquired extended warranty policy. He got our claim going and was very communicative with us and also with the warranty group. I’m sure we were kind of annoying sometimes but he took it all in stride and explained and handled everything. Thanks for all your help, Noah!

We traded for 2nd generation Dodge pickup. Lucas gave us a straight description of the pickup (beautiful 2nd gen Dodge), & held it for over a week, until we could get to Castle Rock. When we picked up the Dodge, Lucas, & the rest of the guys were so polite, & helpful. They made sure we were happy with the trade, and helped us transfer our posssessions to the new vehicle. All-round, really nice people. We highly recomend them,

Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC review
I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Kyi at Castle Rock Chevy. Buying a vehicle is usually stressful, high pressure, and exhausting, but Kyi completely changed that experience for me. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, never made me feel rushed, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to force me into something else. What stood out most was his integrity and work ethic. Kyi went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled correctly and that I was completely taken care of throughout the process. He communicated exceptionally well, stayed on top of everything, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find a salesman who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way he does. If you’re buying a vehicle from Castle Rock Chevy, do yourself a favor and ask for Kyi specifically. He’s the kind of salesperson that builds lifelong customers because of how well he treats people. Easily one of the best vehicle buying experiences I’ve ever had.

We bought a truck. Payments were higher than we wanted but need this size of truck. We do like it and sure it will fit our needs. The salesman is very helpful. But this is not the first time we bought a vehicle from you. We would recommend this dealership to others. We have several family members that have bought vehicles here. Thank you allan and margaret haines
2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

Went in for oil change and checkup. Amber was awesome, got me in right away, updated me through process and promptly reviewed and cashed me out!
2022 GMC Sierra 3500 review
I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.
