The final process of buying the vehicle was organized and straightforward. They found the best price for me within the price range I had given them. We then worked with Evan who carefully considered our concerns and budget and showed us only appropriate vehicles. No pressure! He adjusted to our schedule and met with us twice in one day. I have visited the store on several occasions, you can count on quality work with out a run around. I have had simple to major repairs completed without a hitch. Stacy always knowledgeable and honest about time required and cost of service.
This dealership never fails to deliver. In fact, just recently, we paid a little more for the car we wanted just to purchase it from Hobson! That may not make sense to some, but the confidence we have in these folks warrants the extra.

I arrived 5 Min early, for my appointment for my Malibu's first oil change, but had to wait 10 min for the service person to acknowledge me. Then they couldn't seem to find my appointment. Apparently had to work me in. My appointment had been scheduled earlier in the day, in person. Service person said they had people off that day. I was told it would take 1/2, perhaps, 3/4 hour to complete. I waited in the clean pleasant waiting room, over an hour. I was satisfied that the oil change and tire rotation was properly completed.
Gary Jobe took excellent care of me and told me what was to be done to the car and provided a ride home for me as well as picking me up when the car was finished
