We drove 3 and a half hours to go to this dealership. We could not have asked for anything more, these people are top-notch people. This place was clean, people were friendly and helpful. John O'Connell Was our salesman and we could not have picked a more perfect person to work with. We went in to buy a Yukon AT4, left with the Yukon, and purchased another car from them. I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you
2026 GMC Terrain review
We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

2026 GMC Terrain review
This is a very beautifu vehicle, very dependable but the gas mileage could be better. With all of the new technology, it is somewhat difficult to remember all of the various control panel options. Also the owner’s manual is very skimpy.
