2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2020 GMC Terrain review
I really enjoy the Terrain. Traded in our beloved Mercedes R350. It was dream to driving on the highway. Our list for new vehicle was easy to get in and out without climbing up or down. No leather seats, hate leather seats, panoramic roof, engine power, get up and go, some luxurious in the vehicle, an easy info console. Before we took a test drive, we did our following tests. How easy to get in and out of the vehicles, leg space (our son is 6'4"). Only wanted two row seating, comfort seating. We checked all other makes. Spend awhile day going from different Dealerships of different makes and models. Didn't want to speak to car salesman, just let us do our preliminary test, on different makes and models. Then we look at the warranties. Finally took take a test drive. Was blown away at the get up and go of the Terrain, pleasantly surprised at the safety features and options it comes with. After almost a month, trips outside the city to the mountains and back. We are really happy with the purchase of the Terrain. Seven years warranty bumper to bumper, ten years on the powertrain. The true fuel economy really surprised me, it doesn't bother me that I have use 91 fuel because of the 2 liter engine. Had to use it on the Mercedes so no change there.

2023 GMC Terrain review
We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

2019 GMC Terrain review
I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.
2015 GMC Terrain review
2015 GMC Terrain Review – Reliable and Comfortable SUV: I purchased the 2015 GMC Terrain as a reliable daily drive, and it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with high-quality materials that give it a premium feel. The seats are well-padded, making long drives enjoyable. In terms of performance, the Terrain delivers a smooth and stable ride, with responsive acceleration that meets my needs. The fuel efficiency is reasonable, which helps with long commutes. The exterior design is bold and distinctive, giving it a strong road presence. Reliability has been solid, with minimal mechanical issues over the years. Maintenance has been straightforward, and the vehicle has held up well. Additionally, my purchase experience was fantastic, thanks to Claudia Reid/Sales. She truly took the time to negotiate pricing and ensure I got the best deal possible. Her dedication and professionalism made the entire process seamless. Overall, the 2015 GMC Terrain is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and dependable SUV. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for families or commuters seeking a balanced vehicle. Thank you, Auto Club of Edison!

2015 GMC Terrain review
I bought this vehicle used over a year ago with 99 k miles on it. Other than routine maintenance; oil changes, brakes and filters it has performed well. Very comfortable ride, roomy and comfortable interior, features and options are numerous with lane departure side and frontal spacing warnings, back up camera, sun roof and roof rack, blue tooth and more. I don't understand the negative reviews as I am pleased with this vehicle.

They make you very comfortable with the process of value of trade in to purchase. I recommend Palmen for any future vehicle purchases. I'm very pleased with them.
2024 GMC Terrain review
To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

Real curtious and knowledgeable staff I would tell my friends and family about this car lot
2015 GMC Terrain review
I bought this car 8 years ago and it had 33,000 miles on it. It now has over 50,000 miles and I have so far not had any mechanical issues with it. It is comfortable and easy to drive, easy to park, and very roomy inside. I like the interior with leather seats and trim. The back seats do fold down for extra cargo space but do not like flat - one negative.

2013 GMC Terrain review
check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

2020 GMC Terrain review
Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain
