The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

From the moment I contacted them to look at some cars, they were nothing short of top notch professional with me. To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Schomp Hyundai in Arvada has earned this one. Over the last few years, this dealership has leased me three vehicles: a 2023 Kona, a 2025 Ioniq 5, and now a brand-new 2026 Ioniq 5. That alone should say something, but the why matters more. When my Kona lease was nearing the end, I fully expected to turn it in and start shopping around. Before I even had the chance, Attila Szabo reached out, not with pressure, not with gimmicks, but with an actual, genuinely great offer on an Ioniq 5. I wasn’t even sure another Ioniq 5 was financially realistic after federal and state rebates… turns out it absolutely was. The deal made so much sense that now we somehow have two Ioniq 5s in the driveway. What really blew me away was the efficiency. Schomp had something like 250 Ioniq 5s in stock, so once I picked the exact one I wanted, the financing process took about 20 minutes. No exaggeration. No drawn-out back room waiting. I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I went to this dealership because they had a used car that I had found. I had my own financing. My sales representative, Jay, was a very nice. We took the car for a test drive, I noticed the windshield had several chips and one large crack. They agreed to replace the windshield. I found out that they do not negotiate on price, so what you see is what you get. They were a little bit pushy on trying to get me to use their financing even though we declared up front we had our own financing but this is the case at most dealerships. After agreeing to buy the car it took several hours of waiting for them to get the paperwork done. Once the paperwork was done, the signing part was quick. Yay digital signatures! Again, the finance department was pushing their warranty/Gap insurance but my bank has always had a better price on these. I?m not sure where the miscommunication came but my paperwork was not sent to the bank so I had to follow up with them to get it sent over several days later. Once they received the check they washed the car up and we picked it up. As they promised they got the windshield replaced several days later. Overall, if they had another vehicle I wanted to get, I would go back.

I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.
