It was Monday temp was in the teens and my heater went out .I called Columbia Ford and spoke to Bobby in service and he said bring it in. With no appointment they repaired my truck. The staff was friendly and very helpful and keeped me posted on the progress. I would like to thank everyone for their help and kindness.

I have been in contact but have not actually visited the dealership. The sales rep(S) has been in contact with me and they do have one, possibly two, cars that fit the criteria of what we're looking for.
Parks truly cares about their customers. I have bought a few new cars over the past 3 years and this experience blew all other dealerships out of the water!!! Sean Brink is an incredibly knowledgeable salesman and really helps you to understand the pros and cons of all the cars you have questions about. We drove from 2 counties away for a specific car and now we won’t shop anywhere else. Parks cares about you as a client even after the sale has been made. If I could give 6 stars I would!
I wish we had went here first - would have gotten about 3 hours of our life back. No BS, No hassle, no back and forth with the mysterious negotiator in the back room - this place was great! Ask for Johnny V - straight shooter, you will not be disappointed.
Just picked up a brand new 2017 GMC Canyon All Terrain yesterday evening. From beginning to end this dealership and the staff made my time there outstanding . Everyone we spoke to in the service department was very professional and honest. The guys were attentive to our concerns about our out-of-warranty vehicle. Our vehicle was diagnosed thoroughly and the repairs were completed quickly. Wonderful experience.
We are so thankful for the folks who work in the service department! We had the pleasure to meet Marty Gulley (and others) who walked us through each step of the process. In addition to our purchasing wiper blades, having the routine service done, they were also able to find the cause of a leak in the a/c system and repair it in record time. Due to our afternoon appointment at this dealership and the extensive repair that was necessary, we were loaned a marvelous GMC Terrain until the following morning so that we would not be without a vehicle in the overnight hours. Our 2011 GMC Terrain was all set for our pickup by 8 AM the following day. That was amazing! Thank you!

I both bought and sold a car here recently. My sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.
SOLD: They gave me a very fair price on a 2003 Honda CRV with roughly 180K miles. The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book.
BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.
