Fantastic service department. Absolutely the ONLY dealership service department that I trust... because of John Noble period. One prime example: John keeps me informed of important upcoming maintenance but NEVER pressures me into performing recommended, but not critical, costly maintenance decisions. John is an effective and knowledgeable service adviser with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have written this before in previous customer feedback reviews and I will re-enforce my comments; I will continue to purchase my vehicles at John Vance Auto Group as long as John Noble is my service adviser.
We were on our way home to Pittsburgh, PA from Santa Fe, NM when the AC quit working on our Hyundai Elantra. It was 89 ° and we were an hour and a half west of OK City. I called Edmond Hyundai service dept, explained our situation, and asked if they could help us out. They said to come on in and they would see what they could do. After an hour and a half and a new cabin air filter, we were back on the road. Fantastic service and great customer lounge!
Went in for a $9.99 oil change asked to change filter than wanted to charge $30 labor just for that. They did take that charge off, but guess they are just baiting you with the coupon to run up the charges. The girl at the cashier desk was very nice and called the manager because she didn't think the charges were right either!
Tasha sent a prompt inquiry in response to my questions but failed to send a service record from GM on a lemon buyback that I was interested in. Not the carfax but the GM record so that I could see what kind of issue might have been involved. That car sold but they have another that I asked about and as of now I still have not heard about it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Went to Hudiburg Toyota to look at a couple of Camry’s. I was greeted by a guy named Gary Trent. It was a fun and painless experience and i was in and out a couple of hours. I really enjoyed this experience.
Going to Hudiburg Toyota was my first ever car buying experience. Saunny Gamble was so wonderful to work with! He promptly answered questions, even through text messages, he was very knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at, and even made sure I was happy with the vehicle prior to paperwork. Everyone I spoke with on site was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we got to the finance portion of the deal I worked with William Snider. I honestly could not have asked for a better man to work with. The next time I am in need of a car, I will certainly look for these two men!
We were able to get an awesome deal on their last 2017. We made the deal completely by email after taking a very quick test drive earlier in the week. It was a quick transaction when we went to pick up the vehicle and we are very happy with our vehicle so far.
I was hoping to get a little more for my trade in. Everything was great. Sales person, dealership, and last but not least the car....
