2022 GMC Terrain review
Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

Worked with Kirk Saraydaroglu to purchase a used Lexus NX 350 on the lot. Said there was no price drop that would happen but a week later it dropped $2k, so went in and Kirk did a very good job of negotiating a good price for our trade in and got a good deal on the dealership's financing. Kirk understandably was not very familiar with Lexus, but we were so that was fine. Overall he was very nice to work with and like with all car purchases, ALWAYS go in VERY well informed, but not showing how much you know. It's just how the game is played.

2018 GMC Terrain review
Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

2018 GMC Terrain review
I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.

2026 GMC Terrain review
We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

Pleased with overall package. Not for speed enthusiasm driving but will get you there. Average gas mileage. Ride not the smoothest but okay. Overall, I'm pleased. Haven't had an American car in years. This Terrain SLT is nice 👍🏾.

2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2022 GMC Terrain review
Absolutely LOVE this car is one of my favorites by far. Midsize SUV with all the features of a full size luxury vehicle. I live in Virginia, where we have to pay annual personal property (vehicle) tax, so I had to be very careful with my budget when shopping for my next vehicle. My original choices were a 4Runner Off-Road Premium or an XLE Grand Highlander, but after comparing costs, I found a great deal on an SR5 and decided it was the best value. I visited many dealerships, and finding a fair deal was much harder than it should have been. I understand that dealerships don't control Toyota's vehicle allocation or inventory. However, I do believe Toyota's overall allocation strategy makes it difficult for customers to find vehicles at competitive prices. It often feels like the system is designed to maximize profits instead of making the buying process easier for customers. After many days of searching (thanks, Toyota!), I finally found the vehicle on the AutoNation website, along with another vehicle search website. I also used forums and other online resources, so I already knew what a fair out-the-door price should be. I called the dealership and, if I remember correctly, spoke with Deke Hebb. The experience was exactly how buying a car should be?no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no pressure. He gave me the out-the-door price over the phone, which matched what I expected. Within a few hours, I was at the dealership and drove home in my new SR5. Almost everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional, and respectful. The sales process was straightforward, efficient, and completely stress-free. It's refreshing to find a dealership that treats customers honestly instead of relying on the typical sales tactics that so many dealers still use. My only minor complaint is the AutoNation pink license plate frame they installed on the vehicle. ? I replaced it the very next day. Overall, this was one of the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a dealership that offers transparent pricing and a hassle-free buying experience, I would definitely recommend them.
2026 GMC Terrain review
I have had many Jeeps, when they stopped making the Cherokee I was at a loss until I came upon the GMC Terrain and so happy I did. Great style, performance handles great, many exceptional features, I spend a lot of time driving and never feel like it is tiring, lots of room in cabin and the cargo area. I told him my 1st visit was within my warranty and I shouldn't even have a bill. Later he came back and told me "you're good". I thanked him for his services. I will call Mr. Bacon for future services.
2023 GMC Terrain review
We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!
