Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.

I’ve had this vehicle for a couple of months. Big upgrade from my little Ford Focus. Love that we can use it to travel as a family and don’t always have to take our truck. And let’s face it-Black on black-it looks hot!

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!

I've had midsize SUV's before and I like the larger door size, cargo space, and so forth. So the Terrain seemed to be a logical model to test, and I was impressed with the test drive and bought it. After a year I've been pretty happy with it but a couple of things stand out. The back seat does not fold flat to increase cargo space and this seems to be kind of ridiculous and to spoil the whole idea. And recently I had to have the fuel pump replaced under warranty, because of using E85 fuel, which the service manager told me is not good for the fuel systems despite this being a flex-fuel vehicle. The other thing is that while I was happy with the 4-cylinder engine at first, I now wish I'd opted for the V6 as the car is kind of out of its element in highway driving. Don't get me wrong, it will get you there, but my foot is on the floor a lot more often than I'd prefer. If I trade this one off in the next few years I'll definitely opt for the V6. Overall I am very pleased with it.
Acton Toyota stands out as easily the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have had. Steve Kiviat was extremely pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions about the car, and was completely transparent throughout the entire experience. He was recommended to us, and he did not disappoint. I will definitely recommend Acton Toyota and Steve to any friends or family interested in a buying or leasing a Toyota.

I love it this vehicle is very spacious, great gas mileage and features. The stereo is pretty loud. The seats aren't automatic but to me I prefer that since that's one more electrical thing I'd have replace eventually.
It was the salesman that not only sold me my truck but sold the dealership also !!!!! Both the Sales Manager and Chris LeBlanc were helpful with this sale

The past 4 years with this vehicle have been reliable. I've been able to save gas while having the space to move around with family or to other cities, the interface is simple and straight forward, so knowing when a oil change is coming to maintain the vehicle to good performance helped me a lot.
The power steering is electronic so there is no need to check for fluids there, the wheel is always soft and easy to drive.

This is by far the best car I’ve owned. Comfortable. Roomy. And with its eco option is great on gas. Love everything about it and it runs smooth
I test drove an RDX they had on the lot and worked with Anthony Stamegna. I didn't end up buying the vehicle but Anthony was great and very informative about the car.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.

Plenty of leg room in front and back. Drives so nice. Love the get up and go with the v6. Easy to clean leather. Big cargo space in back.
I went to get a new car and drove out the same day amazing never thought that would happen peter was so nice and helpful he took care of everything explained everything to me step bye step I was so happy the first car he showed me was so perfect for me could not ask for anything better I would tell everyone to go there good prices friendly I am a satisfied customer :)

I love it. It drives smooth, great on gas and it’s comfortable. The backup camera is amazing, super clear even in rain or snow. Highly recommended.
I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. I will be going back soon to upgrade because i know ill be treated like family . LISA and Heath Thank you soooo Much.

This is my favorite vehicle that I have owned. It is so comfortable and quiet and the ease and comfort makes me feel luxurious. I would change nothing about it.
I highly recommend merchants if your looking to buy a new or used vehicle. They have great customer service. Kevin was determined to find us a vehicle that met our needs and did just that!

All the options that are in this vehicle are impressive, love this vehicle. V6, heated seats, leather interior, navigation system, comfortable, drives so smoothly...what can I say other than this vehicle is AWESOME.
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat. The team was great to work with and Phil helped in finance to get us on our way. Thanks for taking great care of us guys!

I like the look. Was looking at an AWD model. 20-30mpg going from a 12mpg truck. I recommend the leather interior quality seemed better than cloth for sure
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.

This car has met my needs FOR SURE. Great on gas and drives with ease! I love it! Easy to operate and I enjoy the design, It comfortably fits my children and it is very spacious.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
Second time leasing an Acadia Denali from Moore GMC. Buying process was easy and pricing is right on the mark...Dealership is a bit of a throw back with the warmth of a family run business mixed with today's high tech world. Dealership staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a another enjoyable and smooth buying experience dealing with Jolene and Kendra on the business side, Dave in sales and Charlie in service. They truly take the stress out of the buying a new vehicle.
