I was searching for a car with difficult criteria, but found one in Best Ford's inventory. I live over 100 miles away (and in a different state), so I called to sort out the logistics. They were very helpful and worked things out to minimize the pain associated with the distance.
They had the car right in front and waiting when I got there, allowed me to take as long a test drive as I wanted, answered questions, and had their shop look at a minor issue while I was there. We negotiated a reasonable price, and they even offered to deliver the car (over 100 miles) for less than I was expecting.
Overall, a great experience -- and I'm very happy with the car!
Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car for my son and when I picked it Jimmy told me to send my son down to see him so he could go over the car with him and help him set up his phone.

Isaac is an asset to Lannan Chevrolet with his knowledge, demeanor and enthusiasm for his work. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
I originally did my on research online about Equinox pricing to determine my offer in advance. Contacted Lannan online and 3 other local Chevy dealers. Kristin contacted me immediately and she clarified the Black Friday deals better than any of the other dealers. Spoke with Marty a couple of times and we agreed to an offer over the phone rather quickly. Went to the dealership on Monday 11/26 for my daughter to test drive the vehicle and Elliott was very helpful. Agreed to purchase the car after the test drive and picked up the vehicle the next day, Tuesday, 11/27. The smoothest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Thanks Lannan!
I was cheerfully greeted at my arrival by the receptionist and checked in by Marc. He noted my requests and confirmed that I would be waiting for my vehicle. All of my requests were promptly taken care of. I waited in the clean and comfortable waiting area while the service was performed.

I went in for an Oil change and the Fob died and thought I was done but Marc used the secret slot? and started the car. he then reprogrammed the Fob and it has been working fine since. Only took a few minutes longer to be on the road. It was little thing but much appreciated.
I came to Lannan Chevrolet to purchase/lease a new truck. My wife and I were warmly welcomed by Jeremy Gleaton. Jeremy listened to our wants and promptly proceeded to show us the products and options he had to offer. After choosing the the product, Jeremy proceeded to make the transaction seamless and smooth. I was especially impressed with his expediting the installation of the accessories I had chosen and the review of my new truck upon delivery. Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)
