Sure do like their service dept and people! They seem to really know what they are doing and state of the art garage.... We changed over after years with Chevrolet-Boerne who've failed in the service department last year....causing our vehicles further problems instead of fixing problems. After so many expensive problems with Chevrolet dealership, we decided to switch to GMC on next truck. Bought a new GMC-2400HD and since then have had GMC-Boerne take care of the regular service maintenance with great results. It's MOST important when you buy a vehicle to KNOW the dealership can follow through with servicing it!!! Professional, attentive, knowledgeable "partners".
I had been looking online for a few months for a 2016 Lexus RX350 with the luxury package in select colors at a reasonable price. I was delighted when I came across just what I was looking for at Lexus of Dominion. I called and spoke with Fernando “Fernie” Maldonado. I found Fernie to be exceptionally honest, polite, and communicative. The best part is that since I live quite a distance away from the dealership, Fernie arranged for a driver ( who was also outstanding ) to deliver the car. Fernie also made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before it was delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and with my “new” car. I highly recommend Lexus of Dominion and Fernie.
John, Rusel, and Joey were all so warm and welcoming in a genuine way. We didn't experience the typical impersonal business like we usually do when purchasing a vehicle. They were humble and friendly and made us feel like we've known them for a long time.
The price was well below book out and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. All their vehicles on the lot are in pristine condition. This is definitely not your typical big city dealership! The lot is surrounded by large shade trees.
We will always come here first in our future vehicle purchases.
My husband and I went into the dealership to trade in our vehicle and obtain a nice mid-size vehicle for our future family. We were immediately welcomed by Isaac. He was friendly, yet assertive and efficient. My wife and I can really appreciate him and the way he listened to our needs to make sure we left satisfied with our new vehicle. He really went the extra mile to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. He has been extremely professional and very respectful of our time as well. He definitely sets the standard to carry out the greatness, class, and exuberance of the Infiniti name! We love our new vehicle! Isaac gets a 5 out of 5 in our book.
Hovey Motorcars is the best dealer I’ve ever deal with. I trusted Mr. Rich Sr when I’m talking to him on the phone. There was never a single word ‘not true’ in the whole conversation. He was completely honest, thoughtful, father figure and gracious. I know I went too personal can’t help it that's what I felt. The company shipped my car I inspected my Ford MV-1 entirely, it was exactly what Mr. Rich pictured in my mind. Even he told me the tires weren’t good and it didn’t surprise me when I saw them. The price was fair even though, I’m not good in bargaining and Mr. Rich didn’t try to take advantage on that. After I did the down payments, my loan processing took over a month and they’ve been very patient to hold my car in their parking lot without charging me or selling to other better offers. The whole staff tried to work with me all the process and they’re all very helpful and friendly.

I went to Fiesta Honda and everything seemed smooth. Although it was smooth I felt as if the customer service was o.k. The salesman and the other sales manager I worked with seemed like they only cared just enough to not seem like a's. This made every minute uncomfortable to a degree, I felt like all I was happy with was the car, the price a bit, and just felt awkward through the process when I was with these guys. The only saving grace I believe was... Angela at he food counter in the morning shift, Vicki at the reception desk and Christopher(salesman) that day. Nonetheless great price, both good/helpful and figity/awkward people. The old saying personality makes the company is true. And this place misses the mark but still gets 3.5 stars

I would give more stars if I could. I bought a very special car from Chris Novak at Novak Motorsports. Chris answered every question I had, which was about a month’s worth of phone calls and texts. Chris then brought the car to a shop of my choice to get evaluated. Once we had an idea of what the car was worth, he was very fair in reaching a deal to where both parties walked away happy. I wired the money, and with in 24 hours, the title was at my door step. Within 2 days of that, the car was loaded up (with pictures and videos sent from Chris) in a closed trailer and shipped to FL. What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with such a professional. I would HIGHLY suggest Novak Motorsports for your next purchase.
