Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.

United Auto is definetly a place to go if you are looking to buy a used car! They are super helpful and make the buying a car process super easy. They have a bunch of different banks that they go through that will get you approved for a loan even if you’re a first time buyer. They put a lot of effort in to let you know about the car you’re buying and even let you know what repairs they did to the car while having it. I just bought my first car here and they were absolutely amazing in helping me through the process and after the banks approved me it took minimal time to complete all the paperwork at the dealership. Jim is very thorough with any questions you ask and will help you with anything you need! This place is awesome and everyone there is super helpful and friendly!!
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.
My two contacts were with Harry The salesman and Steve in the finance department. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just start by saying I live two hrs from this dealership and Harry made the one day prossess a pleasant experience. Steve in the finance department was also completely professional and answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people I know, and will definitely consider this dealership in future vehicle purchases.
My husband and I went to numerous dealerships looking for a specific car. After visiting dealer within a 50 mile radius, we expanded our search and are so happy that we did. James Motors was a 115 mile drive which turned out to be worth every mile. Anthony agreed to meet us at the dealership on a Sunday morning to look at the car and take it for a test drive. We got to the dealership slighly earlier which allowed us the time to do a walk around of the exterior. We actually talked about how clean all the cars looked on the lot (much larger dealerships we visited had cars on their lot with trash still inside the cars), Anthony showed up on time, put the dealer plate on and allowed us to go for the test drive alone. Anthony was extremely friendly, professional, and so easy to deal with. No negotiation struggle, no sales pitch, just an all around great conversation and purchase agreement. Due to living so far away, he again agreed to meet us to pick up the car on Sunday morning. The car was in his shop all shined up and ready for us to pick up. There's no question as to whether we'll buy another car from Anthony. He will now be our first call when we're searching.
Excellent service with Nat. Everything we asked he accommodated. We dealt with Nat via email and phone and was a very pleasant experience. First time buying a vehicle this way, sight unseen, except for pictures he sent.
Buying a car from J&M was the best car buying experience by far! I worked with Vinny who was more than patient and accommodating with me. Being a young female trying to buy a car can be very difficult, but Vinny made my experience easy and smooth. He was honest about any and all details in regard to the cars. He dealt with me calling him multiple times a day to ask questions or even just check on the status of my vehicle being ready! He did his best to make sure I got my vehicle before the holiday. This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
