Today I bought a used GMC Yukon XL Denali from King Motors. What an unbelievable buying experience. First, all 135 images online gave a very accurate picture of the SUV's condition. Actually the SUV was in better shape than what I thought, based on the images. How many times are you pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of a used car dealership? Second, their customer service was fantastic. Jim literally handed me the keys to the Denali and said to drive it around. Didn't ask for my keys to my SUV, a deposit, nothing. After we returned we had a few questions. He patiently listened and answered each. Once we were finished asking our questions, there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase ... literally no sales pitch! WE had to ask him what was the next step to buy this SUV. He was very kind and very attentive. I mentioned how many SUVs he had on the lot (and how they all looked brand new)... he said that is his niche, he focuses on NICE SUVs. Seriously, you won't be disappointed with this dealership!! I don't hesitate one bit giving them 5 stars all the way across! We have three teens... we will be back!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Had oil changed, tire rotated and multi-point inspection done. Service center indicated that my brakes need some work. Service rep was keep me informed of progress and any issues. Overall service I am please with it. what keep me from giving a five stars brake pads they had in stock where not the morpar but another brand. Not bad but not as good as the morpar.
Took my 2018 Ram 2500 in to have the radio fixed because it wasn’t functioning at all. Service department was super friendly and super helpful. They immediately jumped on it and tried to fix the problem. We ran into some issues getting a new radio which was absolutely no fault of theirs. My case was actually closed but DJ and the guys immediately reopened it and was able to get a new radio in a day or two. It was a long process again no fault of theirs but they kept me informed at all times and even gave me a loaner vehicle. Overall very pleased with the service there.
Since the drop down bar below refuses to allow me to choose the “service department” I want to say DJ was a blast to work with and very professional and kept me informed at all times. My only complaint is he didn’t give me a Dodge Demon for a loaner!
I really don't know where too begin with the young lady Omni on today...she was my friends saleswoman but I had purchased a car over the phone the information that she had given my friend I told her I had been explained any if that she began too be my saleswoman as well..I can really write a book on her today But, just know with a person like Omni you will have customers coming back...Very,Very Friendly ,Excellent customer service, Explained the buying process thorough!! I felt as if I had been knowing her forever!!!! Satisfied Customer I am!!!! Thanks Omni Binion!!!
I just purchased a 2018 Mazda MX-5 from Gwatney Mazda. Chris, my sales associate was very friendly and didn't pressure me at all into buying. Tony, the GM, was also very friendly. After coming to a deal, a great one at that (thanks Tony!), My car had to be brought in from another state. Chris went and picked it up for me as well!
Once it came time to sign the paperwork, Brandy was my Finance department associate, and she was great! Very transparent in the process, going over everything and not once pushing any extra warranties or paint protection or anything silly like that.
Overall, I would recommend Gwatney Mazda if you're looking for a fair, no pressure and friendly environment to buy a car from.
I???ve got to say my experience their was amazing. SalesRep April had walked me through the process of getting the vehicle of my dreams.
