Kia of Puyallup review
My family has never had any complains with this dealship and service department ! I'd recommend this dealship to anyone interested in purchasing a Kia vehicle!!!
2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Rairdon's Honda of Sumner review
Chiane took care of me in the service department. By far she is the best in customer service! Goes above and beyond. I didn’t want to wait at the dealership for an oil change for 2 hours and asked how far the YMCA was so I could get a work out in while the car was there. Chiane had someone drive me over there and pick me up. She was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and made the experience was great one. She truly is an asset to your company.

His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience a breeze. What truly set this dealership apart was the remarkable speed at which everything was handled. 2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Chevrolet of BellevueReviews
Chevrolet of Bellevue review
I recently bought my Tesla from Chevrolet of Bellevue, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and straightforward. Ben was fantastic — easily one of the best salesmen I’ve ever worked with. He was easygoing, honest, and never pushed us at all. I told him upfront that I’m not the type to spend all day at the dealership haggling, and he completely respected that. We handled most of the details through quick text messages, and when I finally came in, I was in and out in less than an hour. It was honestly refreshing. The trade-in process for my truck was incredibly easy too. They appraised it over the phone and internet and gave me exactly what I wanted — no surprises, no lowballing. Ben made the whole thing painless. If you’re looking for a low-pressure, honest, and efficient car-buying experience, I highly recommend this lot and especially Ben. He’s a chill dude who actually cares about making the process easy for the customer. 10/10 would buy from him again! Thanks again, Ben and the team!

Brooks Biddle AutomotiveReviews
Brooks Biddle Automotive review
We had a fantastic experience with Brooks Biddle Automotive! We had called the night before to schedule an appointment to test drive one of their Toyota Tacoma's. When we got there the next morning, not only did Oz have that truck ready for us, but also a similar one that had just hit the lot that we didn't know about. We actually ended up loving the second truck more than the first and were so glad that Oz had thought to have it ready for us. We did not feel any pressure to buy and were given plenty of time and space to discuss and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. There were also no hidden fees and that transparency was so refreshing. Thank you Oz and the whole team at Brooks Biddle for your help! We love our new Tacoma!

Buick GMC of Bellevue review
Ramon Espinoza truly went above and beyond throughout my entire car-buying experience. From our first conversation to the moment everything was finalized, Ramon made me feel like more than just another customer. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. What impressed me most was Ramon’s commitment to providing not only superior service, but genuine value. He was honest, transparent, knowledgeable, and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he focused on helping me make the right decision for me. That level of integrity is rare, especially when making a major purchase. Ramon exceeded my expectations in every way. He was responsive, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything came together smoothly. I walked away feeling that I received an excellent vehicle, outstanding value, and exceptional personal service. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to earn your trust and your business, I highly recommend Ramon Espinoza. He has earned my future business and my recommendation to family and friends. Five stars for superior service, value, and an experience that exceeded my expectations!
2026 GMC HUMMER EV SUV review
"I’ve owned this SUV for 6 months and it’s exceeded all expectations. The fuel economy is excellent for its size, the interior is spacious enough for my 4 kids and gear, and the safety features like adaptive cruise control make highway driving a breeze. The infotainment system is user-friendly, and the ride quality is smooth even on rough roads. I’d highly recommend this to anyone needing a reliable family vehicle."

CarMax Renton review
I hate the back-and-forth of buying a car. There is none of that at Carmax. Prices are not negotiable but since you know how much a particular car is, you can shop around. I found the car I wanted was priced right compared to KBB and other listings with private and dealer sales. After I decided to purchase the car, I was out of there within 1 hour.

I love my car. I love the way it handles, and the confidence I have in it when I’m on the road. The room in it is fantastic. All the room I need for when we travel.

2018 GMC Yukon XL review
I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

Great experience from start to finish! Staff was welcoming, honest, and on top of everything. I laid eyes on a car that day and went home with it just a few hours later. Overall the entire process was smooth and quick. Special thanks to Brian for helping us explore and secure our car— and to Randy for being top notch in helping us with financing. Highly recommend this dealership!

Buick GMC of Bellevue review
Ramon Espinoza has been very helpful, informative and answered all questions. I'm in the market to replace my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I certainly will consider Buick GMC of Bellevue. Thank you very much Ramòn.
2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

CarMax RentonReviews
CarMax Renton review
First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

Buick GMC of Bellevue review
After visiting multiple dealerships the past couple of months, I got a chance to speak to Buick GMC of Bellevue. The salesmen, Ramon, was patient with my multiple questions and was able to help me narrow my choice to a Yukon. I plan to return to finalize my decision before winter.
2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

CarMax Boise (Meridian) review
I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
2020 GMC Yukon review
Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

CarMax Beaverton review
My experience with CarMax was amazing! I bought my car in July 2020 and I love my car so so much!! I just have to say that Michael at the Beaverton location went above and beyond and was so friendly and relaxed! I felt like I was doing business with a friend! I have told so many people about going here and when it's time to trade in my car I will DEFINITELY be coming back here! They are totally up front and honest and aren't just in it for the money...I can tell Michael really enjoys helping people and takes pride in what he does here!! Super amazing person all the way around! CarMax...don't let him get away!!! ;) Becky Campbell 2017 Buick Encore
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
