I would highly recommend this dealership. Josh Recupero was a low pressure sales person and he truly knew the vehicles he sells. He did an excellent job finding the exact truck I wanted at the best possible price. I also appreciated the extra effort he made to bring my truck up to Metropolitan Truck Center in Stoughton to have the plow installed. It saved me a huge hassle.

This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.
Our salesman who we have dealed with before goes beyond the call of duty for his customers. His name is Josh Recuparo at the Wareham Ma dealership. We will return again for sure when tade in times comes.He has been there for 19 years so that should tell you also how he loves working there.

This is the best, most beautiful and coolest vehicle I’ve everrrr owned . It’s gorgeous and drives soooo Majestically!!! I’m amazed and in love with this truck ahhhhh and the dealership I bought it from Grace Motor Mall I cannot day enough good things about them !!!
I am 80 and the recent quick snow falls made the car I had impractical . I needed a four wheel drive . At my age the idea of shopping at a car lot with salesmen lurking is not high on my list of things to enjoy on any day . Alison made the whole thing very simple . She asked me what I would like . The only thing I really told her was I'd like four wheel drive and a seat I didn't need a pillow to sit in ... I'm short and nothing is built for me...
She found me a AWD Buick with low mileage . The seats fit . I am very satisfied with the vehicle and all services provided. This is not my first purchase by my family from the Robertson family and it is unlikely it will be the last.

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
I bought a Certifies PreOwned truck and couldn't be happier. They were great from Jim Timilty the salesman to Andy Stevenson the Service Manger everyone was awesome

I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.
I love to keep my vehicle in top notch condition. It is with great confidence that I consult with Jim to plan and execute my service orders. It is a beautiful facility and all promises are kept. It is a pleasure to be one of their clients. They treat you special!

Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .
This review is written on behalf of myself and Del Mar Vacations. Our company came to Marty's in hopes of purchasing 4 new trucks, after getting the run around from other dealerships it was refreshing to come here and have it be hassle free. Mike worked incredibly hard and got us our trucks in record time! I was so impressed with how well he treated our company, I personally went back for myself! Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.

One owner - non smoking - 22 inch wheels. 3rd row seating. Beautiful color. Soft leather. Great ride. Navigation is up to date. Envy of the road.

The past 4 years with this vehicle have been reliable. I've been able to save gas while having the space to move around with family or to other cities, the interface is simple and straight forward, so knowing when a oil change is coming to maintain the vehicle to good performance helped me a lot.
The power steering is electronic so there is no need to check for fluids there, the wheel is always soft and easy to drive.
I own Island Water Systems of Martha???s Vineyard and I needed a GMC Truck ???Yesterday???, (about a month ago-March 2018), went on-line to check Inventory in the area, and Marty???s seemed to have plenty. I left a message over the weekend and was on the phone with Neal Simmons on Monday. I KNOW Sales...it???s what I do. Neal is simply the best I???ve ever met. He intuitively dials in to Who and What you are and seamlessly manages the impossible. I consider him a friend. The entire staff at Marty???s is exceptional as well.

I bought a 2015 gmc Sierra, slt, crew cab with the 5.3 v8 . Paid $52k brand new ,10 miles only. Well every 6 months it was in the shop. 2 recalls, 2 warranty fixes and 3 out of pocket fixes . The transmission would jerk, then sometimes down shift, other times it would take awhile to take off . It would feel like it was looking for gears. The ac system went out after 2 years. The Dealership wanted $1,300 to fix it !! Too many problems to list on this page. Stay away from gm trucks 2014 thru 2015 .
You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.

Very nice truck. Comfortable, quiet, and very good gas mileage for a V8 engine. Have not had any service problems since owning, which is 34000 miles.
Came in to buy a new Colorado Adam was very friendly he made our time at the dealership fun and pleasant. Taft the sales manager was delightful I will be back with my husband next year to get another one! Im definitely a regular now thanks again guys!!

I got a lemon. Roof leaking, received damaged spare tire/equipment, transmission is slipping, heated seats failed already, the dealerships/service are awful. I will never buy another GMC ever. Not to mention, second model from top Denali... no heat to the backseat!!!
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
