I had an excellent experience with Arrowhead, was pleasantly surprised since as a former prosecutor and Arizona Assistant Attorney General I was expecting the worst buying a used car. I'd already been by one dealership previously looking for a Mustang and didn't like the extra things they were insisting on adding on. Well Noah exceeded my expectations. He was extremely honest on all of the numbers, didn't try to pull any fast ones on me, and was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. The finance manager was also equally honest and upfront, did not try to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. If you want an honest dealership that is professional and easy to deal with, I strongly recommend Arrowhead BMW. They made what could have been a miserable experience pretty enjoyable. I had my mechanic inspect the car after I bought it and it was in as impeccable condition as promised. Now if only all dealerships could be this excellent.
2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. The person who helped me at Avondale Toyota was Mr. Leonardo "Leo" Alvarez -- Leo is a straight shooter, no games, he didn't "turn" me to someone to start over -- a very pleasant transaction! In addition, Leo helped me program my iphone with my Prius--very helpful!!! What's more, from the beginning of our conversation & transaction, everything Leo stated to me occurred--no hiccups, no stories, no excuses!! I cannot stand excuses!!! Many dealerships will draw-in customers, switch the prospective buyer either to a lease, or sell the vehicle to another customer--this doesn't happen at Avondale Toyota!! I live in San Diego, CA (although originally from Phoenix), Prius' sell quickly in California, and unscrupulous California Toyota Dealerships will sell the car to who will pay the most! So, I decided to check-out Arizona Toyota delearships because gasoline is less expensive. Leo could have used my circumstances against me to justify charging me more, or selling to another--but he didn't!! Leo is a stand-up sales manage! Since, I've returned to San Diego, drove my 2025 Prius, easy drive, lot's of performance!! I can't say enough good things!!! 2024 GMC Terrain review
I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2013 GMC Terrain review
check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review

2018 GMC Canyon review
I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

2017 GMC Acadia Limited review
The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. 2017 GMC Acadia Limited review
Have the 2017 Acadia XL limited. PROs: Very roomy for its size, handles extremely well on the road, comfortable, quiet ride for long trips. Safety features are great.. Yellow lights on side mirrors warn of blind spots..a godsend in heavy traffic, rear camera, warning beepers if something is too close. Crash avoidance protections, has wifi !! and great electronics package. Towing package too... hauls trailer w/ rowboat..also transports 3 kayaks when the back seats are down . I’ve driven this in heavy snow and blizzards..safely masters the road when other cars fail or spin-out and self corrects and warns if skidding or icy. CONS: Only negative is that it’s not customer-friendly for even minor repairs or maintenance... so EVERYTHING requires dealer repairs / expense. Examples: Fuses are outside..in a box under the hood that’s difficult to open.. as is the hood! Indicator level on antifreeze coolant container is hidden and not legible.The battery is hidden under the back seat! ..jumping is in the hood at designated points.. Don’t even try to remove a flat tire.. the jack is small, flimsy and dangerous and the mini tire is almost impossible to get to, crawling under the car and manipulating lots of parts. .once you figure out how. Replacing a headlight requires taking the bumper off.. etc. These are areas that GM can improve on, to help make their vehicles more customer-oriented. Despite all.. this is the best SUV I’ve ever owned. It’s a shame it’s been discontinued. The new, small version is no comparison.
