AutoNation Ford FriscoReviews
AutoNation Ford Frisco review
I was I. The market for a used Mustang. I did do my research before hand. I think David knew that I was focused on one thing and he accommodated me. He answers all my questions. The financial guy seemed to be a little out of it and “tired” which was a little off putting. Over all I found what I wanted. The service in the back end was a little slow.

My experience was great. The entire deal was done by email, phone and text. Lorenzo and Dale were fantastic. I am in another state and the guys made everything seamless. We made the deal, funded and Dale handled the paperwork including registration and had my new Tahoe delivered in three days.

We recently purchased a used vehicle and had an excellent experience. Quinten was incredibly knowledgeable, helped us explore several options, and quickly guided us to the right vehicle despite the huge inventory. We never felt pressured, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Ryan was also great to work with on the financing side. He was patient, transparent, and worked with us to find a solution that made sense. Overall, a fantastic buying experience. Thanks to Quinten and Ryan for their professionalism and outstanding customer service. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

While car shopping is never a fun experience, working with Laura Diaz was great. She was personable, helpful, friendly, and never pushed me to do something I didn’t want to. She made helpful recommendations, worked with me to find a vehicle that would work for my budget, and even if I asked a question she didn’t immediately know the answer to, she made sure to find out the answer for me. Highly recommend working with Laura to find a vehicle that’s right for you!

Classic Chevrolet review
My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. It was the easiest big purchase buy that we have ever made. These guys are 100% professional and 100% pleasant. We will definitely work with them again on our next car buy. Big thanks to Guillermo, Juan, and the folks at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine! C & M Wilk

Brandon Tomes McKinney Volkswagen review
I was looking for a car and came across Brandon Tomes. I spoke with a kid named Ryan and he was awesome! I explained I was looking for a Mid-size SUV and was interested in the Volkswagen Atlas. He said he could vouch for this model because that is what he drove. He text me proof that he just wasn't saying this to grab a sale. I let him know I still needed to do more research and get my green in order and he was good and not pushy about trying to close a sale. I appreciated that more than I can say! It was refreshing not to be suffocated by a pushy salesperson!

One of the best car buying experiences we have had! Quinten made it easy, was not pushy or salesy. He listened to what we actually wanted, answered our questions honestly, and gave us space to make a decision without any pressure. The whole process felt relaxed and straightforward, which is exactly what we were looking for. The finance team operated the same - easiest we have walked through. Highly recommend this team.

Randall Reed's Planet Ford 635 review
This place was my last stop but will be my first from now on. Everyone there treated me great. I will only purchase my vehicles from them for now on. I asked for my payment to be around a set number. There was snow of this back and forth crap like the other places. Gregg told me he could get there and he did. I literally shopped, test drove a few, signed and left all in about 3 hours.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Q — You Won’t Regret It! From the moment I pulled into Autos of Dallas Plano, I somehow knew Quinten, aka Q, was going to be my salesperson. 😂 His personality was immediately down-to-earth and familiar—like talking to somebody in the family instead of a car salesman. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized Q was going to be honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy. I genuinely felt like he wasn’t going to put me in a vehicle that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting one of his own family members in, and that meant a lot to me. At one point, Q received a call from his son’s school and immediately went into Daddy Mode. I respected that more than he probably realized because family comes first. It also told me something about his character outside of simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, Q kept his word. From beginning to end, he made the process comfortable, straightforward and memorable—and I had my keys in less than 24 hours! 🚙🔑 I saw some of the less-than-favorable reviews about this dealership before purchasing, so I want to be very clear: my review is as real as it gets. I can only speak about my transaction and my experience with Q, but Autos of Dallas should be proud to have him on their team. He is the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Character, integrity, honesty and respect still matter, and Q demonstrated all of them throughout my transaction. I also have to shout out Justin in Finance! Another proud family man, easy to talk to, and his office is a whole ZEN VIBE! 😂 Even the finance portion of the process felt relaxed instead of stressful or pressured. Q, thank you again for making a major purchase feel personal rather than transactional. You’re appreciated—and officially invited to the BBQ! 😂❤️ And Justin, thank you for helping make the final stretch just as smooth. If you’re shopping at Autos of Dallas Plano, ask for Q. Tell him the lady who invited him to the BBQ sent you! 😂💪🏾
