2019 MINI Hardtop review

2020 Mazda Mazda3 review
This is no luxury car but if you are looking for a smaller car with great reliabilty and lower maintenance costs this is a great option. I am a petite female and the car is quite comfortable for me. I drive 18 miles one way into Minneapolis and the ride is enjoyable enough. This is my 2nd Mazda 3, ironically same color as my previous only because of availabilty. This model year all wheel drive was available and served me well in our Minnesota winters. Standard safety features are appreciated. I don't need all the bells and whistles but I do like connecting my phone to my car.

2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

2021 Honda Civic review

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

2018 Hyundai Elantra GT review
Had this car the moment it was released in 2018 because I really liked the European “N” version. Had no issues except for a couple of sensors and a rubber engine mount going bad. Recently had the spark plugs changed to keep up the performance. No issues even after being modified either. Great car and probably going to be my “Forever car”.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2022 Toyota Prius Prime review
I purchased a brand-new Toyota Prius Prime XLE plug-in just a month ago on February 2022. The very first thing that I noticed was that the car feel swell-built, i.e., top quality. I wanted a plug-in car so that I can charge the hybrid battery using the solar panels on my home’s roof. A full charge for my Prius Prime using 120v takes about 5 hours from no charge to a full charge. The full charge allows the Prius Prime to run completely on electricity for 25 miles; after that, the hybrid components of gas and electric take over. EPA rates the Toyota Prius Prime plug-in at 133 miles per gallon. I only drive about 6,000 miles a year. After one month the car is getting 200 mpg. I always drive in ECO mode. The interior looks good and feels like it is top quality. The suspension feels solid. I like that the front panel displays mpg automatically, which encourages me to drive conscientiously. Additionally the front panel displays a numerical rating ( of the quality of my driving with respect to ecological value and I like that. The sound/music system is an important component of a car for me. The Toyota Prius Prime sound system is pretty good – I would rate it as a B+/A-. I like that the car comes with free two years of maintenance! The MSRP was reasonable. Mine was $31,284 (February 2022). I had to pay $2500 above MSRP. I would have preferred to pay MSRP. Some Toyota dealers are charging $4,000 to $8,000 above MSRP and that is price gouging that I do not respect. One dealer charges no markup, but they did not have a new XLE car available for several months. I plug in my car every other night to preserve hybrid battery life. An expert recommended this practice. It is OK to charge the hybrid battery every night but, I was told, that will shorten the life-expectancy of the hybrid battery. Before I purchased the Toyota Prius Prime, I called the owner of a local repair shop that works only on hybrid cars (there are many hybrid car manufacturers). I wanted his independent, unbiased opinion of which hybrid car, plug-in or otherwise, was the best and most reliable. He strongly recommended that the Toyota Prius was the best, either the regular hybrid (Prius) or the plug-in (Prius Prime). My opinions are based on driving the Toyota Prius Prime plug-in for only a month. What is important is how well the car will hold up, that is, will it be reliable with minimal repairs and how long the hybrid battery will last. Toyota’s warranty for the hybrid battery is 10 years or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first. Note: The Toyota Prius Prime has three models: LE, XLE, and Limited. I chose the mid-priced XLE. Bad: The only built-in music streaming is Sirius, which is free for 3 months then $10 a month. Sirius is good but I prefer but Spotify for music streaming. Unfortunately, I have to have my smart phone attached to use non-Sirius music streaming services. The car has a pad on which we can place the smartphone, but my phone has a case which prevents that from working (phone case is too large). So I have to use a cord to connect my smartphone and that is irritating. One day I may forget to remove the smartphone and someone might break my car’s window and steal it. I wish that Toyota would make adjustments so Spotify and other music streaming devices can play without a smartphone. Also, I wish Toyota would adjust the pad so that a smartphone and case can activate without having to plug in with a wire connector. I traded-in a Camry through Toyota Financial, but they claim they have no record of my pay-off. There is no reasonable excuse for a one-month delay in clearing the Camry payoff. 2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
2015 Hyundai Accent review
Ride could be a bit smoother, I has a pretty exterior good for city and good on the highway could have bit more power is 5th and 6th (they are a bit gutless). It has been reliable and cheap to maintain the tires are cheap for a car. great ABS and the grip in the winter and despite the fairly low clearance front wheel drive it can actually go though a foot of snow with a decent driver.
