Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The engineering and design are outstanding . The driving experience is very special for this price range. It’s real fun to drive. It’s an icon. Let down by quality issues unknown to Japanese vehicles and ridiculous service and repair costs. I love the car but dread any encounter with the dealer in North Tampa.. I think their service charges are equal to BMW and Mercedes.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Excellent service from the sales agent, Mark, the sales manager, Damon, and the finance manager, Thomas. Very smooth process. They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. Highly recommended!

A blast to drive! Brakes are very responsive, quick at lane changes. The car feels on rails at high speed on tight curves. Very happy with the performance of the car. Very decent gas mileage on long trips. I recently did a 680 mile trip and my average was 29.8 mph

Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

I recently brought in my 2021 Mini Cooper for some warranty service. And although there was some damage done to my vehicle while it was in the shop, Scott my service advisor did a great job at helping to make things right again and in correcting the issue. He was accommodating, patient, understanding, and super helpful! I appreciate everything that Scott did to help me out and big kudos to him!

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

This is a follow-up to my previous review. It appears there was an administrative error or disconnect. The dealership manager reached out to me and was able to resolve the issue almost immediately. I've bought 5 Kia cars at this dealership before - their car servicing is excellent. My 6th car will be from this dealership as well.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. If you're looking for a Ford or a certified pre-owned, go talk to Walter! I found a vehicle online, but went to the wrong Bergey's location. The staff at Bergey's Chevrolet in Plymouth Meeting was very helpful and sent us on our way to Bergey's Ford Of Ambler. We arrived with less than an hour until close... but Walter set us up immediately to see the vehicle and take it for quick drive. We needed to think on it, so he offered to follow up in the morning and, from there, purchasing the vehicle was a breeze. The paperwork was done online and once we came back to the store, the whole team was easy to work with and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Came in to have my tire pressure light on 2015 Passat turned off - Walked out with 2017 Passat with better mileage and a few perks. The staff is very good to work with. My second experience. Would highly recommend.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

Handles and drives great. A Spec package is top of the line for any driver. The Turbo gives you great pop if needed in fast moving traffic, Proud Owner
