The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

The initial day we went to look, we were very happy leaving. We found something we loved, and Deb was amazing! We went back to do paperwork a few days later with Roger, who was also great to work with, and were told we could pick it up 24-48 hrs later. Friday came and there was a slight mix-up, but Eric and Deb took full responsibility for this mix-up and worked with us to fix it. Deb came in on her day off and we drove our car home the next day. Cannot say enough great things about the customer service here! Thank you for making our car-buying experience a good one!

Dealt with a gentlemen named Ernie, he was very professional and non-aggressive The whole transaction was clean, prompt, and worry-free. The 2015 Honda pilot I purchased had its blemishes which was too be expected, and all Ernie would say when I pointed something out was “Oh. no problem we will take care of that!” Not that I haven’t heard this before but they did take care of EVERYTHING, This vehicle looked brand new when they were done with it! I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Champaign Motors! Now I know where they got their name, they are the Sparkling Bubbly of EXCELLENCE!

The car is great looking, fast and comfortable. Recommend to anyone especially as an everyday driver. It turns heads wherever I go. Also get everyone wanting to look at.

Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Had the pleasure of meeting Eric and had a pleasant car buying experience. I am absolutely no fan of car buying and hate every moment of it. Eric was easy to work with and made for a nice visit. When time for finance part Jamie took over and I expressed my displeasure with the process and he was great to work with as well! Would highly recommend these two men should you be looking for a Nissan.

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

Never had a single problem with my car in the 6 years I have had it! Extremely reliable every month of the year. Great car.

Holmgren has serviced my Forester for many years and has always been excellent but Kyle takes it to a new level! He took a lot of time discussing & checking out the issues at drop off and made sure there was a clear description for the mechanic to work from. Nice to feel my input was important. And the problem wheel was adjusted as well as the other 3 to avoid future issues. Thank-you!

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

Smoke was billowing out from under the hood. A burnt smell filled the air. But 40 minutes after I pulled into the service department at Holmgren Subaru I was back on the road, and my car was running perfectly. If you are not getting that kind of service where you currently have your car serviced, I would suggest that you switch to the service department at Holmgren Subaru.

I love my new 24 Impreza black hatchback very slick looking car and drives like a dream. Big shout out to Wilsonville Subaru for helping me get a deal done on getting this car. Daniel Ramirez Cruz was very helpful especially and thoughtful of my time and what I wanted in looking for a vehicle.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Researching at new vehicle. Sales Associate Barry Bryant gave me a thorough tutorial on the Q5. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I came away from my visit very impressed with the vehicle, Barry and the facilities. I would definitely be comfortable making my purchase at this dealership.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The service department at Warwick Audi is top notch. I have dealt with both Ron & Michael for service and I can’t compliment them enough. They are both knowledgeable and patient with me. Not to mention how you get a beautiful loaner, this makes having your car serviced so convenient!

I had my Audi vehicle towed to the facility with a transmission issue. From intake to diagnosis and repair, the staff, at all levels, performed in a professional and personable manner. Their communications throughout the process were timely and thorough. The Audi Warwick service team sets a high standard for all auto repair organizations to emulate.

Sean walked through all of the repairs with a no pressure attitude focusing on the problem reported and some other important issues noted in the visual inspection. The service tech provided a video walkthrough of the issues and a visual inspection. Sean kept me up to date on the progress via text. The service was complete and delivered as expected.

This car is easy to drive, beautiful color, good on gas, handles well on cornering. Nice price and great tires too. This is my 3rd mini, so I love them!

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!
