After picking up my car they also vacuumed the inside! Not only did they save me a trip to the car wash, they saved me probably $20 bucks all for just having my vehicle serviced with them.

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

Great drivability! Great room! Unfortunately, not confident in expertise at service center for plug in hybrid issues. No one has seen enough issues to understand how they can malfunction... they are totally dependent on computer codes and what the manual says.... haven’t really studied the tecnology and engineering enough to be able to anticipate and or respond to technical questions and circumstances.... sales people are completely oblivious to the technology!!! Cannot answer simple engineering questions about car! Service department seems only modestly more experienced, and have no passion or desire to really know or understand.... so their ability to inform and guide the customer is basically non existent. They call “ experts” elsewhere in the country... don’t appear to care to become experts themselves. This means that the customer has little to no confidence that their car is actually going to be fixed properly because they are completely reliant on manual and mechanics located elsewhere to solve issues.... fully expect that any upcoming repairs will be “ out of the box” repairs.... computer says that EGR valve is malfunctioning, so it needs a new one! When all it needs is a vacuum hose reconnected.... or something down these lines. This is really bad that the customer will need to understand their own car better than dealership mechanics, and will mean that extremely expensive parts will be seen as the solution to “ fixing” the oroblem...eg, I won’t be surprised if we own the vehicle for 10 plus years, that a new computer control module will be found to be needed because the code said it was malfunctioning.... when a small gasket waterproofing the compartment has failed and causes it to work improperly when it wet outside... The customer is left feeling uncared about, or cared for... and that Toyota hires fundamentally unprofessional or lazy service mechanics, and dont properly expect expertise or mastery about their products...

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

I've been using this dealership's service department for years and bought my upgraded Prius from them after an accident. I've always found the sales staff and service staff to be first rate. It amazes me there are so many negative reviews on this site as I have not found anything but great service here.

The plug-in is what I really wanted. An outstand car, the battery is way to small. A full electric car is not the best choise for driving in Colo and Wy. The Prius is the best of both worlds

I just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Freeman Toyota and every person at the dealership I dealt with was helpful, friendly and patient with my many questions and concerns, especially Manny Flores. He communicated clearly by text and phone, making sure that I had all of the information I needed to decide whether it would likely be worthwhile for me to drive for an hour to the dealership. If he didn't know the answer to the question I asked, he found out and let me know as quickly as possible. He even came into the dealership on what was supposed to be his day off to help facilitate my purchase of the truck. When the truck was fully detailed the following day, he also went above and beyond to deliver the truck to me at a time and place that was most convenient for me. After more than a month of dealing with used car salesmen at other dealerships who repeatedly misrepresented the vehicles they were selling, it was so refreshing to interact with Manny and others at Freeman Toyota. They were honest, direct, and easy going. And they liked my dog and didn't complain when she took a test drive with me! We're very happy with our 2019 Tacoma and very grateful that Freeman Toyota made the experience of buying a used vehicle not only less stressful but actually enjoyable. I drive for Uber, and this is the perfect car for ride-share drivers. I did previously drove an Acura MDX which was more comfortable and luxurious, but at 21 mpg it just didn't make since. The dealer was surprised and asked if I was trading it for the Prius, I assured him I knew what I was doing. Turns out it is the smartest car I have ever owned and for me was a very smart purchase. Do not give it a 2nd thought if you are on the fence. I can get Luggage into the back that surprises people with the amount of space, way more that a sedan with a regular trunk, and the ride is surprisingly comfortable. I am averaging 54 mpg which is just phenomenal. As a bonus the maintenance and tires are way cheaper to maintain and replace too. These are built in Japan and it shows quality wise.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

I rented the polestar 2 for about a month while my car was getting fix wow mind blowing of all the furures and also visted the dealer as well and did some test driving and learning of thr car and pricing of the 2023 I will purchase one very soon. Only flaw is the electricity of the amount of money spent yes I did ran it hard a few times its a classic in a class by itself love it honestly.💯

I’ve only owned my ‘22 Polestar 2 for a couple of days but I’m totally impressed with the quality and performance. I have the Performance and Plus packages. It's hard to find cars with the Pilot package right now. The adjustable Ohlins dampers and 20” forged wheels make the ride a bit stiff, but the handling is stellar. I had the dealer dial them back to a moderate comfort setting and the ride and handling are sublime. I drove ALL competitors. On paper, this car is less efficient and has less real world range. It does have more than enough for my daily commute, which is the way I’ll be using it. I find it way more engaging to drive than the competition. Acceleration is scary fast--it leaves my Boxster S in the dust! The build quality and finish, especially with the optional leather and wood trim I selected, really make the car feel luxurious. For many it will come down to how well the Polestar 2 fits YOU, because it's fairly snug inside for a C class CUV/Sedan. It’s really a four place car. Rearward visibility isn’t the best in class. I was looking something with this size, form and function since I rarely drive with more than one front passenger and I don’t want a tall SUV or crossover. I DO need the excellent and accessible storage, though. The main appeal to me is how “normal” the car is to drive. You don't have to learn to wade though screen after screen to control commonly used features, as in the Tesla. The Android Automotive suite is the first of its type and is responsive and intuitive in daily use. The Polestar 2 is so easy to use that I felt at home almost immediately. This car has the best and most fluid one-pedal regenerative driving of all EV's I test-drove. With just a few minutes of practice I was able to drive without touching the brake pedal about 95% of the time. The accelerator pedal is like a rheostat, and you can gently modulate it to get just the right amount of regen to come to a smooth stop right where you want to. The bonus is having huge brake discs and 4 piston Brembo brakes if I ever need them. Regen braking puts energy back into the battery pack and is fun and easy to use...and SO smooth once you quickly get used to it. The Polestar 2 wasn’t designed to be super-efficient electric “appliance”. That’s more the point of cars like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (and no offense-it’s nice.) The 2 was clearly designed for people who love to drive and want the dynamics and form of a sports sedan along with the practicality of a CUV with power rear liftgate, in a package that feels just right for longtime sports sedan drivers. For people driving electric for the first time, the transition requires almost no learning curve. I guess I am their target buyer! There are a lot of great options out there and really, none of them are bad. But for my money the Polestar 2 is superbly made without a squeak or rattle to be heard and fit and finish would embarrass just about anything in the $50-$60K range. Reliability should be good since it's basically an electric Volvo. I think Polestar is an incredible value, especially when leased. Unlike Kia and Hyundai dealer I visited, there were no “dealer markups”! Right now, hugely subvented 61% residuals and .0006 (1.44%) money factors make it a no-brainer. You get a much better finished Tesla 3 Performance competitor for 33% less monthly payment. If you buy, the $7500 tax credit still applies and in Texas there is a new $2500 credit if you lease OR buy. With rapidly changing EV tech, I feel a 36 month lease is the way to go on most EVs right now. Technology is moving quickly, so I’ll enjoy this Polestar 2 and move on to the next great advance in 3 years! Overall, I love this car! If you're in the market for an EV, you should test drive one for sure.

This was may second experience buying a car at Marin Acura. I am retiring my 2004 Acura TL (purchased at Marin Acura in 2013) after 100,000 worry free miles. I knew I wanted to buy another Acura and Christine Brown was my guide and mentor for this process at Marin Acura. I have never met a more knowledgeable and experienced salesperson. Most importantly she listened to my unique requirements in a car and never tried to fit me into a car that ignored those essentials. The manager was personable and quick to understand my budget restrictions. Their finance director, Nassim Kabbara was intelligent, efficient and humorous which I know may seem like an oxymoron: how is it possible that a 30 minute meeting with a Finance Director could be 'entertaining'? Finally, I feel so pleased and happy with my new car (Acura TLX 2017 with technology package) because I trust that Marin Acura and specifically, Christine Brown will be there to answer my questions and honor their agreements through the life of my car.

Did you know that ev cars have 2 batteries? Well I didn?t. So apparently when the cars are shipped they are not fully charged. And while my car was plugged in to charge the big one. The other one was not fully charged. An honest mishap not a big deal. Had the new whip brought in and they took care of it Lickaty split. Dia has been so helpful with this since I live in Sacramento and the dealership is in Vacaville it?s like I was there She took care of everything for me with the service dept. and by the way they are wonderful Buddy is the man I have been coming here for years with my other car (Tucson) for oil changes and other things it needed. I?m very happy with the service from all of them in the service dept. Buddy, Logan and Matt. Ok so now back to Dia. She is everything you want to deal with when buying a car. You don?t get that shifty trying to talk you into getting something you don?t want or even need. I still have that feeling of wow I can?t believe I don?t feel like I got ?F? over feeling. I have bought 5 brand new cars in my life so far and this has been the best experience so far. The last time was when I bought my 1995 Honda Civic hatch back. I like to research my cars before I buy them and along with a friend of mine we loooooooked at a lot of ev cars and the Kona just fit me. I think all other dealerships should take a good lesson from Vacaville Hyundai. They all are so easy to talk to and you actually feel like your at your families house when your there. I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.
