But I did buy a car at another dealership because a salesman at Kia Bloomington referred me to this other dealership. Since then I have serviced my car at three other dealerships and at Bloomington Kia, and I'll be going to Kia Bloomington from now on. They're adequately staffed. They're organized and have fabulous customer service. They extended a warranty claim to me that saved me a lot of money. I trust their advice. Anyone in the Twin Cities looking to buy or service a Kia should give these professionals a shot. I am happy I did. And I'm not happy spending any money on a car!

We purchased a used f150 signed the paperwork and handed them a check. My wife started the vehicle to drive home to St Paul, but before she even put the truck in gear a great billow or smoke started coming from under the truck. All I could think is xxxx I'm screwed. It was late in the day so they assured us that if we left the truck they would have a mechanic look at it in the morning. I got a call the next morning explaining that a defective hose was allowing oil to enter the intake causing the smoke. They ordered the part from ford, installed it and delivered the truck to our home in St Paul. I felt comfortable during the whole process. I may not have been treated this well at other dealerships. Overall was a good experience. I listed a few "must haves" in writing and had to repeat them as none were included in the quote. The set an expectation on delivery which was not met, but I did not need the vehicle anyway. They knew that, but never should have set the expectation because then I kind of wanted it early. Again, good enough experience, but stay on them so at the end of the day, you get what you want.

2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.
