We bought our 5th or 6th vehicle from HOF and had a pretty good experience. It is always a challenge to meet on price but that seems to happen at all dealerships. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the final paperwork to our home since we were unable to get to the dealership during their regular hours. (We live 2 miles from them.) If you need a vehicle ask for Raj- he delivers old style customer service like courtesy phone calls and he always follows up on email.

On Labor Day weekend 2018 we found ourselves in need of a new vehicle. On Saturday we drove to our favorite dealer "Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan" in Puyallup Washington and checked in with our favorite sales guy "Boot" we told him what we were looking for. It is our second car we needed to replace so we were looking for a used SUV. Boot hooked us up with a 2010 Nissan Armada, LOVE IT! It took about 2 hours total to drive in, test drive, go through financing and get the vehicle. We were off and on our camping trip the next day. Thanks Boot... We have seen him now in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our automotive needs. Thanks Boot!
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.

Have a long very satisfying relationship with Honda of Kirkland. Stopped by last week to just take a look at the used Honda Accords available. Met Jin Sato, looked around and ended up purchasing a used Honda Accord that same day. He was very efficient and honest and took very little time to complete a fair deal. I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
Checking your car in for repairs is rushed. I asked to see what the multi point inspection included. The guy said, they didn't having anything written down that he could show me. However, upon check out I was given a multi point inspection form. You are insulted personally if you have an accent or ask questions. I have owned a mini cooper, a kia and a honda I was never treated this bad at any of those dealerships. Regret having purchased my Forster in Kirkland which is a 45 minute drive from home.
