This was my first experience with Honda of Slidell, and it was a positive one. The general atmosphere of the dealership seemed very friendly. I worked with Joshua Vides through the main part of sales process, and I was happy that he did not subject me to a high-pressure type of sales style. He was very personable, patient, and easy to work with, so I would recommend those in the market for a vehicle to give him an opportunity to earn their business. While there, I also interacted with Daniel Mortenson and Arthur Warning, who were involved in the sales and finance processes, respectively. They rounded out my experience with the same friendliness and no-pressure approach as Joshua. I would recommend a visit to Honda of Slidell.
Purchasing a car from a distance is hard to do, however Shadiah Martin with Honda of Slidell did a great job staying in contact with my husband and I. She sent videos and several pictures and facetimed me, showing the details of the car. We had great experience with Shadiah and Honda of Slidell.
Very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. I did not feel haggled or pressured at all. They connected me on a vehicle I posted on craigslist and bought my car, close to what I wanted, just like they said they would.

They wax my car for free every 6 months. I also get my oil change etc....(they send me coupons and reminders). Carwash--- well- honestly, not a really ideal situation, because plenty times they told me they didnt have time. I dont even ask anymore.
I went in and Tre helped me out the whole time. And when the financing started and was taking a min he takes with me about outside personal stuff. Not you typical sells person. I would recommend anyone to check this place out.
i wasn't able to buy yet need to save some money but they were very nice and respectable of my time and just bc i couldn't buy that day i was treated very well. when i can get my car it will b NISSAN OF PICAYNE!!

I have been going to this dealership for over a year now and have had good and bad experiences. One thing I can say is that is something goes wrong like they will work hard to fix it and make things right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Like any dealership you will have good and bad but I think they appreciate the business and work hard to show you that.
We just purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had the best experience at Premier. We were treated so respectfully as compared to another local dealer. The salesmen work tirelessly for the customers and you can tell it's a family at Premier. We did most of our negotiation online and over the phone because we have 2 small children. Corey was extremely patient throughout the entire process and through our indecisiveness. He stayed late and appeased every request and not once showed any frustration. Greg, the sales manager, is extremely kind, fair, and professional--not the same treatment from a manager that we received at our local dealership. Travis, who did our financing, was knowledgeable and highly efficient. Overall an excellent, well-oiled and FAIR dealership. There are fair people in the world!
