I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. Beyond excellent. For one month I have been trying to find a car for my granddaughter and it was a nightmare from dealerships and private people. We wanted a car with no CVT transmission, no accidents, one owner and most of all very affordable. This dealership was the only one that offered a 300 mile guarantee and not only sent a quote but also a video. Albert in the video pointed out every little scratch and the slightly worn drivers seat, which for a 2016 was in excellent condition . No wild goose chase. Purchased the car ,which was even lower than the price quoted which they texted to us prior to us driving all the way there. They detailed the car before we left the lot, although it was already nice and clean. My salesman Albert was fantastic. Followed my granddaughter back to her house and then drove two hours to where I live. That night the engine light came on and my granddaughter called and was crying. I called the dealership left messages and at 9:00 pm JUAN Raymundo called me back and apologized for the delay. What dealership would do that? Told him what happened and he volunteered to drive all the way to my granddaughter with a code reader to see what the issue could be. Told him we would wait till the morning. This morning, a Sunday, we called him as the check engine light was on. He sent a tow truck to pick up the car and bring it into service. They were able to fix the problem and did even more. Holler Classic motto is Buy Smart-Be Happy and we certainly are. I am so happy that we found a great Mazda Mazda 6 that had all the great safety features and of course all the perks a 19 year old wants. I'm old and have purchased many many cars and I am so impressed with this dealership and the kindness and attention that Juan gave us with this situation. Juan has alot of integrity and appreciated him going many more miles than he had to. I wish I could post a pic of my granddaughter with her beautiful happy smile. She works a full time job and goes to college at night full time so has a heavy load. Juan had the same experience and really related to this situation.

2016 Honda Civic review
Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.
