I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.

I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

After dicsussing with her what I was looking for in a used car she provided options to discuss and was very willing to answer questions. Very pleased with the experience and would defintely recommend BMW Minnetonka to family and friends.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Natasha was excellent in understanding our goals for purchasing our new Honda Pilot including our list of "wants" and "pricing". She is an excellent sales person and Hopkins Honda is very fortunate in having her to represent their establishment. Not only did she follow-up on key issues regarding the selection of extra's but also on the final pricing. Her knowledge of how the vehicle preforms (new safety features and electronic devices, smart phone hookup, etc.) was definitely evident after she spent a good hour with us before we left the dealership with our new vehicle. I have bought several Honda vehicles over the years from a dealership in North Carolina. I moved back to Minnesota and decided to purchase a 2018 Honda CRV EX. Natasha was my sales representative. Out of all my experiences over the years, Natasha was the only one to explain all aspects of the new car I was buying, from basic operations to the complex options in the vehicle. I was vary satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge. Knowing that I can go to her with any question and get it answered is very comforting.
the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
Slavic was a very friendly face to see when I came in. He was very informative and took his time to walked me through the details of the car. He noticed that I was cold and offered me coffee which was very mindful. His personality is simply magnetic! Last but not least, the restroom were clean which was a great plus.
I simply had an awesome buying experience at Shakopee Chevrolet. Dave and Tom were great to work with. From the time I walked in to the time I drove home with a new Silverado, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite.
