I had a wonderful all-around experience at the 99th avenue Carmax in Tolleson. The staff were very cheerful, respectful, and professional, especially my salesperson, Gabby. I found the best car for me. This Carmax is very organised and stress-free. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to visit Carmax. Sincerely, Leo Hintz

i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

Just bought the Honda Civic 2020 Sport Coupe and I’m really happy with it. The car looks sharp, drives smoothly, and has enough power to make daily driving fun without sacrificing fuel economy. Interior is comfortable and modern, with all the tech I need. Overall, a great blend of sporty looks, efficiency, and reliability. I would Highly recommend this car.

Camelback Hyundai review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Camelback Hyundai. My 2014 Hyundai Tucson broke down on the road, and I brought it here for help. Fernando, from the Service Difference team, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my car having over one hundred thousand miles, Fernando helped me get a new engine under the brand warranty. Throughout the whole process, he provided exceptional service, answering my calls promptly and keeping me informed every step of the way. I’m truly grateful and would recommend Camelback Hyundai to anyone. Thank you, Fernando, and the entire team for your outstanding support!”

Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.

Ordered a Dodge 3500. And am waiting for it to be transported. The ill trade my car for a truck.
2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

My wife and I traded in our 2015 Honda Accord for a GMC Sierra and it was one of the best experiences that I've had in a long time. Our Salesperson Kenny Melville was exceptional. No pressure. Listen to our needs and addressed them during the purchase process. The Paul, the Sales Manager ensured that our needs were being taken care of and was just a great person. David Fields in Finance was fantastic. We received honest information and never felt PRESSURED> This was a great purchasing experience. We were in and out in just under 2 hours. The paperwork most of the time, but we understand the process

AutoNation Ford ScottsdaleReviews
AutoNation Ford Scottsdale review
We couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with AutoNation! Roxandra helped us find the perfect used vehicle and made the entire process so easy and honestly, so much fun. She truly made us feel like family from the beginning. We did have a small issue with the battery after purchasing, but Jeff made it incredibly easy to drop the vehicle off. It was ready super quickly, and he even took the extra time to top off the tires and fluids since it was already there. Isabella was also amazing with communication, keeping me updated through text and making everything so convenient. Being 9 months pregnant and making such a big purchase could have easily been stressful, but the entire AutoNation team made the process feel effortless. I’m genuinely so grateful to be part of the AutoNation family and couldn’t recommend Roxandra, Jeff, Isabella, and their team enough! ❤️
