Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. We have two 2020 Civics, one is a Hatchback Sport, the other is a Coupe EX, both with the 1.5t/CVT. Combined mileage, 68,000 mi. MPG On the Coupe 39.6MPG with 50/50 city/rural. On the Hatch, 31MPG with 90% city (SoCal). Zero issues on the Coupe. One A/C (warranty) fail on the Hatch. Nothing else. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED!

Jaime Cruz is the man !!!! He helped me when I felt like giving up on trying to find a Kia seltos . Super friendly & fast at responding back to my emails or texts . All the other dealers were charging crazy amount for market adjustment and he helped me out !!! He is a angel sent from above . The rest of the staff was also very friendly when I walked in . Process to buy a used vehicle was easy and fair. Nick, the manager, and whole staff made the buying process sooooooo much easier than other dealerships. Didn’t have a bunch of dealer add-ons or extra fees. In addition to listed price, there was a doc fee and LoJack. The only improvements would be to remove LoJack fee and reduce the time it took for paperwork to be prepared. Paperwork prep time seems to be an industry-wide issue but that time needs to be reduced. Everything else was wonderful! Definitely recommend Zeigler, will start with them next time.
