Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. Fortunately, there was no issue after all. He installed my new plates, checked my windshield washer system, and off I went...a very satisfied and happy customer. ---Karen Gingrich, Dripping Springs

Chuck Nash Chevrolet, Buick, GMC review
I am greatly pleased with the top notch customer service that I consistently receive at this business, in particular their “Chuck’s Super Lube” department. Last month, I purchased a set of tires from them because they were the most affordable. (It was a great experience!) And last week, their Express Service Manager, Dan Ray, demonstrated his technical excellence in helping his team to solve my “engine warning light “ problem in a remarkably short time. I was so pleased! I will continue to recommend this dealership whenever the opportunity arises!

Honda Of San MarcosReviews
Honda Of San Marcos review
Waleed at Honda San Marcos is amazing!!! He made the entire new car experience relaxing and I got a great deal on my Civic AND trade in. There was no back and forth 'haggle and beg' for the best deal. I simply told him what I wanted and we went from there. He even called the next day to see how the car was working out for me-fantastic!!! My next car purchase will be with Waleed, hands down. He's redefined 'car salesman' from dreaded torture to greatness!!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago, had a great experience. They ended up beating the rate my credit union I had used for year. I waited to leave the review until I knew for sure I was happy with the transaction and one of the things I loved was management told me they would be there for me before and after the sale. At first I though yeah I have heard that before but here we are 3 months later and any question I have had was answered immediately. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had a wonderful experience at Round Rock Honda! After a grueling process of finding the right car, and missing out on numerous cars, we finally located a winner at RRH. Trish went right to work for us, moving the car along, running around in 100 degree heat and making sure every detail was in order. She and her coworkers were very kind to stay late after closing to help us through the purchase process. We are so thankful for the great customer service and care that we received at Round Rock Honda! We would highly recommend this dealership, (and especially working with Trisha) to all!!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Round Rock Honda. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming. Salesperson Trish Scheffer took the time to understand our family needs and offered valuable insights without being pushy. Land Rover North AustinReviews
Land Rover North Austin review
We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

We wanted a honest and transparent buying experience without all the games car dealers play. We found this dealership to be open and straightforward! We told them what we were looking for and got the results we were looking for. When I am ready to buy again, I?m going back to this dealership!
