Lia Honda of Northampton is one of the best! Not only have my last few vehicles been purchased there, the staff is to notch! Desiree Frank has been my service advisor for the last decade+ and I trust her implicitly with my vehicle! She is professional, honest, and fair! Thank you!

Ron Bouchard Nissan review
Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

Lundgren Honda review
I have leased my third crv from Lundgren Honda in Auburn ma. The primary reason I keep going to Lundgren is due to The sales person, Samantha Warren. Samantha is smart, friendly and excels in customer support and service. Lundgren is fortunate to have her on their sales team. Ngreen is fortunate to have her on their sales team
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.

AutoMax Preowned MarlboroughReviews
AutoMax Preowned Marlborough review
My girlfriend recently came here from Brazil. She needed a very dependable car. At other places, language barrier and trying to finance was an issue. Not at AutoMax! Pablo (and team) were awesome. They have people that speak fluent Portuguese (and of course English), so it was very easy to communicate, and for her to tell them what she wanted. They have an awesome selection of cars, and while she was in Marlborough, she actually found one at their Attleboro business. Pablo personally drove her down there, and they were already waiting for her to show up when she arrived. She drove the car, loved it, and without even asking, told her what specific things there were going to take care of (brakes, tires, a couple scratches). They did a great job financing, and showed her specifically what the terms were, and what she'd be paying. She picked up the car at the Marlborogh location, all registered, insurance taken care of, and cleaned up and ready! I can't thank Pablo and AutoMax enough for taking care of her!

I can’t say enough good about these salesmen. I was undecided and Dris took me to the parking lot to show me all the cars for sale. He also offered to get me any car I wanted online. He was patient and kind. Jose got me 2% less for an interest rate, explained everything he was doing and they had a moon roof put in for me. I have never dealt with a better dealer ship and highly recommend Atamian Honda. A big thank you to both of you! Linda

If you are visiting Atamian Honda in Tewksbury, do yourself a favor and ask for Tamara Tymoshevska. Car shopping can often feel overwhelming, but Tamara completely changed that for me. She was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She kept communication clear and straightforward from start to finish without any of the typical high-pressure sales tactics. Thank you, Tamara, for making this such an enjoyable and smooth process!

This was the best car buying experience I have had. The entire process was seamless from booking my initial test drive online to picking up my vehicle after purchasing it. I cannot say enough about Chris Holder. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He was one step ahead of me and did everything he could to make this an easy experience for me. I never felt pressured or intimidated in the least. I will recommend Atamian to friends and family and I highly recommend working with Chris Holder.

Shamrock MotorsReviews
Shamrock Motors review
Thank you so much (Charlie) for helping my husband and I purchase the vehicle we always wanted. I saw how you went above and beyond to get us out of our current loan and always with a smile on and very positive. You kept following up with us several times throughout the day. People like to hear that. You gave us options and hustled for us. Honestly, even if the deal wouldn’t have gone through, I would have been happy because you really tried. I never thought the deal would have gone through because of our credit issues from two years ago and everything but you made it possible. I look forward to working with you again on our next vehicle. I will definitely continue to buy here and I will always recommend you as a sales person. I can continue to say nice things about Shamrock and hope they knows they have a great employee. The Wrangler is absolutely awesome and the modifications are subtle but awesome.
