Quick and easy to work with. Bought my new truck after a couple phone calls and some on line forms completed. Truck was ready when we picked it up, only took 30 minutes.

The experience with the sales person Amanda was great. She took her time, wasn’t any pressure and answered all questions. The sales manager was not the best. He needs more interpersonal skills.

Mac Haik Ford Pasadena review
Our salesman was polite and pleasant. No rushing or pushy or trying to be persistent on purchasing the vehicle we test drove. The finance person was extremely helpful as well. He showed us our options and was not pushy either. Allowed us to take our time and talk it over before we came to a decision. He explained everything in detail and in a way we could easily understand. Overall, the experience was the best. We will definitely be coming here for our future purchases from now on.
