Malvin and Brandon and all we interacted with were extremely nice. Malvin, our sales agent was helpful with information about the car and getting us through the process. Brandon was able to help with financing. Our 6-month-old was with us the entire time, which took about 4.5 hours, so if I have any negative feedback, it is that the process took a VERY long time. We were extremely happy with our service, and give your boy Malvin a raise!

MICHAL MADE THE SHOPPING AND BUYING PROCESS SO EASY AND NOT SCARY AT ALL. I AM PRETTY xxxx PROUD OF MYSELF FOR PURCHASING A VEHICLE ALL BY MYSELF AND NOT REGRETTING IT! I BELIEVE THAT MICHAL WAS SINCERE AND HONEST IN GETTING THE VERY BEST DEAL AND DOING ALL HE POSSIBLY COULD TO GET EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED FOR. ANDY IN FINANCE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO WORK THINGS OUT IN MY BEST INTEREST FOR CAR PAYMENTS AND ALL OF THE EXTRAS. HE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. I FELT LIKE I WAS IN THE VERY BEST HANDS WITH THE BOTH OF THESE GUYS AND IT WAS ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. WE'LL SEE... BUT FOR ME. THIS WAS A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HALL VW AND MICHAL AND ANDY IN A HEARTBEAT!

CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

Wilde HondaReviews
Wilde Honda review
We are from the Fox Valley and have purchased a few vehicles from Wilde in the past and are willing to take the drive because of the excellent experience we receive and this time was no different. Paul Basile met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle (it was Labor day weekend so it was crazy busy) and we are glad he chose us. He was extremely knowledgable on the Ridgelines which was exactly what we came for. He didn’t waste our time, gave us options and got us test driving quickly. We found ‘the one’ that was right for us. Paul made sure we had everything we needed and was great to chat with while waiting for finance to do their thing. I highly recommend working with Paul!

I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

After we made contact through cars.com, the Rosen dealership was very professional in its contact and communication. An appointment was set up, reminders were sent, and then we arrived at the dealership. After introducing ourselves, our salesperson, Gabriella, was very quick and thorough in getting us in the Oddessey of our choice. After our ride, we talked briefly about our options, and left. Definitely not the high pressure from other dealerships.

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

Evan was very knowledgeable and gave great service. I did find Allen wrench in my tire tho!! Luckily I caught it the next day and there was no puncture in my tire. But definitely heard the clicking after leaving but couldn’t check due to the thunderstorm that morning. Other than that, which Evan had nothing to do with experience was great! Thank you!

Umansky ToyotaReviews
Umansky Toyota review
I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

The service attendant was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked about my desire to replace air filters, which I elected to have done.

You were able to get me the exact car that I was looking for when other dealers just tried to get me to buy something else. There were a few delays, but were not the fault of the dealership - throughout the delays, communication was always there to keep me informed of what was going on.

Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake review
I didn’t have trouble buying a new car here. Gave me a great price for my trade in after negotiations. Gave me a great interest rate on my loan as well. Thank you!
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
