CarMax Bristol review
Great bunch of kids - well, to me they are young. However - GA lost my title, then Nashville lost it so I still don't have a permanent car tag. That's been a harassment but I don't think it's on Car Max. I think some state workers are using COVID as an excuse to slack off.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Johnson City Nissan review
I had a wonderful experience with my recent visit to Johnson City Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with a great Salesman Rick Damico. Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all of my questions and he made the experience wonderful and exciting! The whole team was very friendly and professional, I was treated very well and grateful of feeling welcome, appreciated and the overall positive vibe of the dealership! Thank you Rick Damico for making my experience exceed my expectations!
2026 Honda Civic review
This is my third Civic and I believe it is the best one yet. The 2 Liter engine is smooth and powerful. The cabin noise is low and its handling very sporty. All the new safety features, like lane watch, blind spot warnings and rear back up camera really work well. The air conditioning is stronger too. A pleasure to drive. I recommend the hatch back.

2018 Honda Civic review
I love my 2018 Civic Ex Hatchback, the only picky thing I dislike is the cheaper interior, ie. rattles, cheap plastic. But other than that this car is amazing, very good performance, fast, fun, drives great, very very reliable. Cheap repairs if needed, and not complicated to do them yourself and save even more money.

I’ve owned dozens of new vehicles that have always been serviced by the dealerships. This is far by the best service center I’ve dealt with, probably because Service Advisor Craig Wright is amazing. He always has a smile on his face and makes you feel like part of the Honda family.

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

We just bought our 3rd vehicle from JC Honda, the 2nd with Steve Cowan. Steve is a wonderful salesman. He worked with us for several months, showing us many vehicles, to find the right one for us and our budget. He was very patient and helpful with any questions we had. Steve went above and beyond for us and we recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to JC Honda and ask for Steve. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks, Steve! We will always be grateful for all of your help. I hope the dealership managers and owner know how well you treat your customers.

Jaeron Moreno was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We are still in the market but are considering a Honda because of Jaeron. Thanks Jaeron
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Mike Smith at CarMax was awesome very easy to deal with, very friendly, not pushy. He went out of his way to help us. I would recommend him to everyone needing to purchase a good used car.
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

Stopped by with a simple issue (at least it was for Austin) and was treated kindly by several knowledgeable Automotive Technicians. I just purchased my Honda Passport from Gary at Johnson City Honda. He was a wonderful salesman and very knowledgeable. I love the vehicle that I got! It’s been my dream car since I was in high school. Gary did everything he could to get me into that vehicle at the price I was looking for! Normally it takes forever when you purchase a new car, but this experience didn’t take long at all. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership, especially Gary Miller!

Legg Motor Company review
Easiest and fastest deal I have ever done with a dealer. We test drove and from that point on, everyone got involved and had us in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. Contracts were signed right in there office from our credit union and we were on our way. No payments until after Christmas was a huge score! Thanks guys for all of your help and we love our truck!
2014 Honda Civic review
Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

2020 Honda Civic review
I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.
