I found the truck I was looking for through an internet link. Called and talked to Z the sales man. He was extremely nice. From the point of test drive to pickup of my truck the process was extremely customer friendly and they were very easy to deal with. I would recommend them if your looking for a nice used vehicle.
I went into Brown Honda on Saturday, shopping for a new car lease. I was deciding between a few different Sedans (Mazda 6, Toyota Camry, and Honda Accord) but was not 100% confident on one over the other. Wendy Cooper ended up helping me - she listened answered EVERY question I had, was extremely professional, extremely easy to work with and best of all, took great care of me.

We got a great deal on a new Honda Pilot from Mark Stevens. He was very courteous and professional. I hate buying a car as I feel like I got ripped off. I did not feel that way here at all. Only complaint is difficulty in contacting service they either did not call. back or answer phone. Great overall dealership!
I was looking for a Honda Fit and found many listings online. I emailed several asking for the VIN or Carfax. One kept saying it would send a VIN but never did. Another insisted I should call him first. Charlie's stood out because far from hiding, it had posted the Carfax in its listing.
It was a good history, so I emailed late Friday night to say I was interested. Larry responded by email first thing Saturday morning, giving his cell number.
By the time I called he was taking the car to be checked out. When I asked if there was room to negotiate on the price, he said there was some and he'd know more after the inspection. He called back to say that it needed new tires, so he'd gone ahead and had them put on.
He then warned me that it had a broken side mirror and detailed a few cosmetic issues (it was a 2007 model) and quoted a very fair price. My wife and I drove down from Ann Arbor and he handed over the keys for a test drive. All went well and we came back to close the deal.
Matt handled the paperwork very professionally, including the Michigan title application. There were no surprises - the price was exactly as agreed. We got a great car at a great price, and had the best car-buying experience of our lives.

We had jimmy for our salesmen, he was most professional and honest dealer we ever had. He let us express our concerns and steered us in the right direction without pressure that we have seen from other dealers. He worked hard for us and we drove out with a ram right off the floor!
Everything was good they made me feel as if I had more options than other dealers I went too in the last month. Also I didn't feel as if I was just being sold a car. Or them just wanting the money from me . The time was made for me to feel satisfied .
My husband was driving to a doctor appointment when his Honda Accord broke down. I brought him my car and I stayed to wait for the tow truck. I contacted the Honda dealer to ask them if I could have it towed there for repairs. I was very fortunate to speak with Warren. Once I arrived to the Honda dealer, in the tow truck, I asked if they would be able to drive me home. Warren said...we will give you a loaner. The loaner was ready within 10 minutes and I was on my way. My husband and I thought the repairs were going to be at least $1,000 +; however, within 24 hours, our car was ready for pickup, and the cost was just a little over $400.00. Thank you Warren!
