We have been to many dealerships over the last 20 years and not all experiences have been good. John Hinderer was one of the good ones. We told them up front we would be honest and we asked the same from them. We felt like they delivered on that promise and we didn't feel pressured at all. We would definitely go back and we would definitely recommend them to everyone. Our salesman Dustin Boucher was great otherwise it wouldn't have went any farther. Great experience with this purchase. They had the car I was looking for and facilitied the deal. Some people tend to get in their own way but Dustin understood his customer and did what he had to do to make sure he got the sale and I got the car. We took ad with us. They honored it and did not pressure us to buy other services - just explained the other services to us. In and out in less than 2 hours. They also gave us a great rate for 60 months. We would recommend.

We were recommend Byers by a teller at our credit agency after having an annoying experience at another dealership. We went in and worked with Tony who took great care of us. They pulled a car for us from another lot in their network since they didn't have what we were looking for in stock and answered all of our questions throughout the process.
It was a far better experience than heading to the other dealerships who tried to cajole us into using their credit options rather than going with the ones we had already set up. We didn't feel pressured here and had a very good experience.
Vince and Ryan were both very professional and helpful. It felt like they were trying to get me a vehicle I wanted at a price I was happy with, without trying to take advantage. They also offered to fix an issue (missing antenna) on my used vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

The service was great!!!! From the moment I sent out that I was interested in one of the vehicles, I got a prompt response. Plus, the dealer made sure I was available and double checked when I would be arriving.
The store is very nice as well the people that works there. The transaction is quick and make it ease. The store help me take care my car rental return. They offered me good snacks and good hot coffee to relieved me from a cold winter. The car I bought is very good very clean and looks like new. This is one of my satisfaying purchased I made in life and I definitely recommend this store.
I was thankful that Adam was not like the car sales folks I have encountered in the past. He was available to answer questions for us and simply provided us with the path to purchase the vehicle we had selected.

To save time for the used vehicle I was looking for, I reached out to several dealerships online at once. Adam at Germain was quick to respond and pleasant to work with before we even arrived. Meanwhile, other dealerships with more mileage at a higher price point were playing games. Big turn off! Adam earned our business. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating to my 4 year old triplets to help keep them entertained on a busy day at the dealership.
The guys there were so great! Kyle was our salesman. He was polite and friendly they entire time. So easy to talk to. My child loved him. Then signing the papers we had a gentleman print out papers for my kid to sign so he felt included. Seriously such great service. We left very happy.
Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. On my second stop in, again, it seemed that the odds were against me. He went above and beyond to insure that I left with a car. I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my family members and friends. I was hesitant to go here due to previous reviews but I'm so glad I did! I found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Impreza with only 10,000 miles at well below comparable cars at other dealers, and finally decided to give them a try. I was met at the door by Hope, who introduced me to the sales manager while trying to find my online salesperson. Since they were not available Hope waited on me personally. She was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. I loved the car but still needed to test drive a couple others at other places and also wanted to talk with my wife about it. She was even willing to let me take the car for a couple of days to do an extended test drive and show it to my wife, but I told her that wasn't necessary. She was very understanding and we said our goodbyes. I contacted her later that day via text to let her know I wanted the car and had financing already lined up. She was as to find me better financing through a local credit union so that everything would fit my budget perfectly. I told her I'd probably be in on Wednesday and she changed her day off to accommodate me. I actually ended up in Tuesday evening to sign papers and she already had the car ready to go and was fine with me leaving my old car, which wasn't a trade, so I could take delivery that night. I love my "new" car and certainly recommend Capital Kia of Easton.
