Honda of Short Pump review
I purchased a used Honda Odyssey in July of this year with happy results. We drove from Pennsylvania after many texts, emails, and conversations before we committed to the purchase. The condition was close to what was described - but not perfect and the documentation fee was hefty but still turned out to be a worthwhile purchase.

Wendy was fantastic. She was very quick with all of the paperwork and was super helpful with making sure I understood everything from the key fob to all of the controls. I was very pleased with how everything was handled and how she made us feel like home while we waited for everything to finalize. This was my first purchase of a brand new car and she was just as excited as I was.

Honda of Short Pump review
I have never had a brand new car! I walked into Honda at Shortpump set on buying a used car and walked out with a brand stinking new HR-V! I cannot say enough how attentive, honest, knowledgeable, authentic, and frankly AWESOME VINCE, my salesman, was with me!!!🤓 We joked and laughed and shared family photos! I left Sunday night completely HAPPY! My husband asked why didn't look at the Hybrid??? 😳 So, I returned the next day to exchange the HR-V 4 the CR-V!🫣 Again, Vince was AWESOME! Quick shout out to Mo who made the new deal for the CR-V fit our pocket and Mike for the small perks and fitting soccer conversation!!💥 OVERALL, Vince is a professional but warm and approachable salesperson that will listen and not pressure you!! Yeahhhhhh to me for buying my 1st brand new car, AND A HONDA at that! I LOVE MY CR-V HYBRIDE!!!❤️🌟💥

We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue Elite electric vehicle (EV) from CMA’s Colonial Honda, before the $7500 federal EV tax credits expired. This was my first EV and I feel this was the most confortable vehicle purchase I have ever had. The customer service was great with Augusta. She made me feel comfortable getting a new EV vehicle. I had to do a bit of back and forth with the Finance Manager but I left Happy. Overall Review I would refer my friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! Sullivan's is family owned and operated and it shows. This is the forth car we have purchased from them.
