Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. If you're in search of a new car, I highly suggest you stop by Scott Honda of West Chester and meet with Hiep. I had my mind set on a new civic si sedan, and after leaving two local Honda dealerships unhappy with my trade-in offer, I decided to get my car appraised at Carmax of KOP. The appraisal was $2500 more than what the first dealer offered me and $1000 more than what the second dealer offered me. I preferred to trade my car in for a more seamless experience, so the first dealer was out since I was insulted by their offer. It was then a spontaneous decision of mine to visit Scott Honda right down 202 and the receptionist was very cordial and quickly paged a sales rep for me to speak with. I was then greeted by Hiep and we sat down and I told him that I was looking to trade in my 3-series for a si sedan and we began going through the numbers. This was my third Honda dealership that I visited in the past week so I knew what to expect going in and the usual sales gimmicks. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Hiep cut through most of the bs I experienced elsewhere and worked with his manager to give me the most competitive price out of the three. After coming to an agreement with Hiep, I met with Bill to go through the financing as well as the rest of the paperwork that needed to be completed. He was very transparent and properly explained all the paperwork that required a signature. There were no hidden surprises and he got us in and out very quickly and on to picking up my new car. My family and I were then greeted by Lino who congratulated us on our purchase and made sure that the car was flawless before I drove it off the lot. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing a car from here. Hiep and the rest of the staff at Scott Honda not only did a wonderful job of getting me the car and color I wanted, but also at the price I wanted! Scott Honda made the ports of leasing a car as easy as can be. Jay is a fantastic sales guy and listened to what we were looking for. He didn't try to upsell us on features or vehicle. Would definitely come back for future car purchases.
