Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

Another great experience at Great Lakes Honda West. While I didn’t purchase one of my vehicles from Honda, I still choose to take it to Great Lakes for all of my service needs. From the friendly greetings to the honest and straightforward diagnosis to the respectfulness of the customers time, it is always clear how this business has grown over the years. The service team is well equipped, skilled, and trusted with all our makes and models. A forever customer.

I had a great experience at Honda of Mentor purchasing a new 2026 Ridgeline. Chuck Cybulski gave me excellent sale support both before AND after purchasing the vehicle. Steve Orosz in finance was also very helpful, allowing me to take extended warranty brochures home to review BEFORE finalizing the deal. Great inventory. Very clean.
