CarMax SpokaneReviews
CarMax Spokane review
CarMax does fine, but a little cumbersome since they are so big. Daniel and JJ were very helpful. Cars.com, however, is slow on removing cars from their pages. Twice I went to CarMax to see a car, because Cars.com emailed me that the car I wanted was still available, at that location. Both times it had been previously sold. Frustrating when you’re looking for a specific model.

Acura Marysville review
I saw an Acura MDX on cars.com. I reached out to the dealership and was assisted by Hunter Adams. He was not pushy, but sen me info on that car and others on the lot. I test drove the car and he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I’m the proud owner of an Acura MDX. The process was painless. Thanks Acura of Marysville for the excellent customer service!
2021 Honda CR-V review
Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

CarMax Sacramento South review
I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Schumacher Buick GMC Of North Palm Beach review
Traveling to the Keys from NC with a troop of Boy Scouts my new battery (three weeks old) failed in Titusville. I replaced the battery but between Titusville and West Palm my battery voltage gauge started to drop. I stopped into Schumacher Buick GMC to check the battery and charging system to ensure I did not have an electrical issue. The shop had a full day of appointments, but the front staff worked with the shop to squeeze me in. Within an hour Rob, the shop supervisor, troubleshoot my car, ensured me that the electrical system was working properly and got me back on the road. Thanks.

Basil Volkswagen of Lockport review
I recently leased a 2026 Volkswagon Tiguan from Basil in Lockport and it was a truly enjoyable experience. Dan Krause was incredibly patient and funny to work with and I give him 5 stars!! The only reason I put 4 stars on this is because I was disappointed when I found out it had no remote start. Being a senior citizen, with my vehicle stored outside all winter, I preferred that option. My own fault for not making sure that was an option on my SUV. Thank you Basil Volkswagon and Dan Krause for making this new experience for me a good one!!!

Gunther Volkswagen Volvo Cars Daytona Beach review
John was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle of my choice and showing the features the vehicle had to offer. John also encouraged me to drive my vehicle and reach out to him with questions about the vehicle so he could make tutorial videos for me to review. Manny in financing was also helpful with finding the right finance rate for me and throwing in a couple of incentives like bug protection coating on vehicle (still waiting on appointment for this).

my wife and I purchased a car from Max auto plus and we were helped by Marty Fredrickson. He’s the best salesman that we’ve ever dealt with in a car lot. He was knowledgeable knew his vehicles and stirred us to the perfect one for us to buy I’m a decorated disabled veteran and I appreciate everything that he did for me and my wife is totally happy I would recommend Max auto plus and Marty to anybody that’s looking for a car. They have a wonderful selection Marty is the man

Showed up to dealership with intension of purchasing a new vehicle. As we arrived a very professional young man by the named Rajah greeted us with great hospitality and kindness. We explained to him what we were in the market for and he immediately brought the vehicle up front and made the process so easy and straight forward. This experience was so prompt and honest. We really appreciate the whole experience and thank all the team involved. Much appreciated!

the finance manager walked me through the extended warranty options honestly, including which one she thought was a waste of money for my mileage. I bought the cheaper one. appreciated that more than she probably knows
