Used 2021 Honda CR-V for sale near Lower Merion, PA

I normally don't give reviews but I felt very luck & blessed to have found Springfield Mitsubishi. All staff was amazing to work with, especially Patricia my sale representative. She was very sweet, patient, knowledgeable and informative. She went above an beyond to explain things to me and help me choose the right car for me and my family. She even helped me by referring me to a car insurance broker that got me an amazing quote for car insurance. Sue was the loan representative was clear and informative on the loan aspect of the sale and tried to meet my loan expectations. Honestly everyone there works hard, fast and efficiently; they made the whole long process of buying a car run smoothly. Definitely would recommend them to any family and friends. 5 stars all around for Springfield Mitsubishi.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Extremely satisfied! Their staff were very friendly, knowledgeable & no pressure to buy. Highly recommend this dealer because if purchasing a used car there , they are all up to tip top standards! & no hidden fees . They are on the up & up . Would highly recommend !

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

They were very professional but able to put you at ease as soon as you walked through their doors. There was no pressure and they wanted to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Tasia was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Two hours from the minute I walked in to I drove off in my new car is beyond exceptional and I have never had such fast service. Will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Bought the 2021 in 2022 bran new. First new car I've ever bought and I absolutely love it. Average 35 mpg highway. Inside is roomy and very comfortable. IF I could change one feature it would be connectivity to phone. Have to plug it in to use the android auto. Blue tooth connection is flawless buy its not the same. Also, the tires. I'm currently at 35k miles and need new tires.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! I just traded in my 2021 CR-V for a 2023. The ONLY thing I had a complaint about on the 2021, was when you’re stopped at a light and you depress the brake pedal all the way to conserve gas, when you let off of it to start driving, it’s not a smooth transition at all! I know I don’t have to depress the pedal all the way, but I try and save some gas money where I can. Otherwise, absolutely loved this vehicle. That’s why I got a 2023 CR-V.

Purchased a used vehicle for my older teen son here. We found something on the website we liked but it was at the New Jersey Auto Lenders location so we contacted the Newtown Square location and they had it transported and ready for a test drive by 4PM the next day. We were able to take our time for the test drive, then, once we returned from the test drive, we were able to look the car over at our leisure, no one came out to bother us as we looked at the spare and jack, checked out the engine, and looked everything over once more and it was just a relaxed feel. Once we decided to buy, the process was painless. Lucas was our sales professional and he was great, I highly recommend him! EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Andrew was amazing to work with. I was hating the process of visiting dealerships and the xx that typically comes with it. As a woman car shopping at other dealers, I was constantly being “talked into” cars I didn’t want and treated like an idiot. I went into Autolenders with a list of 5 cars I wanted to test drive- Andrew was so cool- he pulled each one up and there was no nonsense and no pushiness. He was honest about everything and super down to earth. Andrew is number one and should be winning all the contests!

Santiago Marti, GM of Autolenders in Fairless Hills manages an excellent facility and made sure they my son and I were introduced to his entire staff. We were also very impressed with Fontaine Holland, Sales Specialist. He is very knowledgeable on the fleet of cars within their total inventory and on short notice was able to move 2 vehicles to FH for us to see and drive. Fontaine is also a very honest individual and was a pleasure to deal with as was Patrick who is the Finance Manager.
