McGrath Honda of St. CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.

I had a fantastic experience at Honda on Grand. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and their selection of vehicles was impressive. We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!

Muller Honda review
This is the second Honda that I bought from Muller because of the superior service I have received from this agency. The service department is efficient, incisive & will always keep you informed as to why the work is needed. They are fair & honest with their pricing. I would never buy a Honda from any other agency; they are the best!! I know other Honda owners that drive out of their communities & drive very far to have Muller service their autos. When I take my car to Muller, it is a positive experience from checking in to leaving the agency.

My sales person Daniel Alfaro is an outstanding, professional and honest salesman that spent the time to show me four different vehicles and listen and answered all my questions. I couldn’t take the vehicle home since I had no means and it was near closing time but Daniel dropped the vehicle off at my home the next day. I would definitely buy again from Daniel Alfaro at Motor Werks.

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

CarMax Lexington review
Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.
